Here the honest workers are quitting and leaving the bad ones to do the dirty work, there is mismanagement at the state and union leadership level, and the people illegally detained in bhddh and dcyf hospitals and placements are fighting back against abuse. Like the seiu shit striking at butler hospital, this is a problem of their own creation for using the law to abuse people for profit, shit like this deserves no sympathy.
