I was at Chariho Middle School during the four months sippy was active principal there, his last principal job before being offered a Superintendent job in Connecticut, even the Gym teachers were terrified of him and many students there, myself included experienced legal problems for the first time because of sippy.  Policies enacted by him cause students to behave either extremely docile or extremely psychotic.

My police/military gear missing/defaced in Watertown

Last night I was at my cousin's house in Watertown taking inventory of what I retrieved from my Elm. St. apt. there. When examining the items I noticed my Sgt. Steve Shaw Providence Police shirt was missing, and my USS John F Kennedy CV-67 Admiral's cap had been vandalized. While it is possible my cousin Ali might have done it, it is more likely that jim dellville, who owned the building where I rented the apt. or harold physic, the Watertown PD member who patroled that area and who made every excuse not to take action over delville's actions, might be the ones responsible.  Additionally, they may be choosing not to treat this as a pressing matter because of my association with Tamerlan Tsarnaev, however whoever took this gear may use it to do something illegal while masquerading as law enforcement.

Zendran experiences police brutality

On the night of Friday November 13, 2015 I was on a bus in Kingston, RI which picked up a capacity crowd of unruly college students at uri, some of who began leaving their trash on my lap. When I pushed their trash off my lap they complained to the driver who stopped the bus and called the cops. When both the south kingstown and uri police arrived they asked me to step of the bus one of the uri pi...gs handcuffed me without explanation and threw me up against his car. I was taken to one of their stations where three of the uri pigs threw me up against the wall handcuffed and beat me as they ransacked my pockets. When they uncuffed me and left me in the cell they complained as I still had one match on me which I lit to say a prayer. Hours later as a result of their actions I experienced serious chest pain and a narcoleptic attack, and I had to be transported to south county hospital. While there the emergency room doctor chose to ignore the instructions of my doctors at L and M not to drug me, stating " information from emergency room doctors would not be used, and he had me handcuffed to the bed, and when I tried to force the needle out of me I was beaten while handcuffed to the hospital bed with the uri and south kingstown pigs claiming I was resisting despite the fact they igonred instructions from my own doctors who they spoke with. They brought me back to the cell they took me from, and in the morning j patrick o'neill informed me I was facing several counts of assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest, and that my sentence for beating up the arsonist in April was being violated. They transported me to the aci, where they attempted to inventory my property as uri had not done that, and they had me sent to the prison hospital after noticing the condition of my left foot, and noticing marks on my body which could not be explained had me put on medical observation the entire time I was held, eaning not only could I not pray I could not make phone calls even to lawyers.
When the courts learned about my medical conditions contradidcting the charges I was accused of I was released on December 2, and the violation I was held on continued.
That this was done by the uri and south kingstown pigs shows not only are they cursed by god, but have no regard for due process and are a band of thugs who deserve whatever they get.
I am even meeting with my doctors about the unexplained injuries from being beaten while handcuffed to the hospital bed,and am working with lawyers to retrieve my missing property.

This acquisition will enhance the stability and maritime security in the sea areas around the Arabian Peninsula and support strategic objectives of the United States.
The proposed sale will provide Saudi Arabia with an increased ability to meet current and future maritime threats from enemy weapon systems. The Multi-Mission Surface Combatant ships will provide protection-in-depth for critical industrial infrastructure and for the sea lines of communication. Saudi Arabia will use the enhanced capability to keep pace with the rapid advances in technology and to remain a viable U.S. coalition partner in the region.
The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in the region.
The principal contractor for the Multi-Mission Surface Combatant will be Lockheed Martin Corporation of Bethesda, Maryland. There are no known offset agreements in connection with this potential sale.
Implementation of this proposed sale will require the assignment of additional U.S. Government and/or contractor representatives to Saudi Arabia.
There will be no adverse impact on U.S. defense readiness as a result of this proposed sale.

DCNS will deliver two MISTRAL-class projection and command ships (BPCs) to the Egyptian Navy

On 10 October, DCNS signed a contract with the Ministry of Defence of the Arab Republic of Egypt for the supply of two MISTRAL-class projection and command ships (BPCs). After the delivery of a FREMM frigate and the construction of four GOWIND^® 2500 corvettes, currently on-going, this agreement strengthens the strategic relations with the Egyptian Navy, initiated by the Group in 2014. By 2020, the Egyptian Navy will deploy a fleet of at least seven combat ships designed and built by DCNS.

Hervé Guillou, Chairman and CEO of DCNS announced that: “After the contracts for the supply of four GOWIND® corvettes and a FREMM frigate, we are proud that the Egyptian Navy continues to place its trust in us today by signing a contract for the delivery of two MISTRAL-class BPCs. With 7 combat ships already ordered to date and a latest-generation frigate already in operation in the Egyptian Navy, DCNS is thus participating in the modernization of the defence infrastructure of this strategic French ally.”
The two projection and command ships (BPCs) ordered by the Egyptian Navy from DCNS will join their home port in the summer of 2016, after the training of the future crews. This training will be given mainly over the 1^st half of 2016 in Saint-Nazaire.
With regard to associated BPC support ships, DCNS will supply in particular four new-generation landing crafts (CTM NG), designed by the Group as an integrated system to an amphibious force organized around MISTRAL ships, and two fast landing crafts (EDAR), designed and built by CNIM.
A long-term partnership with the Egyptian Navy
Considering that the first of the four future GOWIND® corvettes for the Egyptian Navy is already being built, that the other three will be assembled in Egypt in Alexandria and that the FREMM Tahya Misr frigate was already delivered to the Egyptian Navy on 23 June 2015, the signature of this new contract further strengthens the strategic partnership developed between DCNS and the Egyptian Navy.
By 2020, the Group will have supplied at least seven ships to Egypt contributing to the modernization of its defence mechanisms.
This strong partnership between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the French Republic is reinforced by DCNS’ commitment to accompany the Egyptian Navy in the long term, especially with the unfailing support of dedicated service teams for the maintenance of main warships. The Group also states its presence in a wider project of industrial cooperation with the Egyptian party in the field of construction and maintenance of major program units.
Once again, due to this historical agreement, DCNS expects to build a partnership with the Egyptian Navy but also with Egyptian shipyards with which the Group intends to build a long-term cooperation. That is how DCNS has decided to invest in the Egyptian Industry to mutually develop the essential knowledge and means to support a leading Navy.

Technical characteristics of the MISTRAL-class projection and command ships (BPCs)
With a length of 199 meters, a displacement of 23,000 tonnes and a speed in excess of 18 knots, the MISTRAL-class BPC is defined by its large carrying capacity.
The MISTRAL-class BPC is designed for force-projection, peacekeeping and humanitarian-support operations, and is equipped with a particularly modular command and control centre, featuring efficient communication systems that can be adapted to all shipboard headquarter configurations.
It also has an onboard hospital, and can carry out large-scale humanitarian missions. Its highly capable communication system makes it the ideal command ship within a naval force.

Iran menaced by google over nuclear deal

This month google has updated satellite images of Iran's Naval HQ at Bandar Abbas three times, which is unprecedented for any military location. Bandar Abbas controls the entrance to Khalj Fars, and anyone seeking war with Iran would have to neutralize it for a successful invasion. In the images you can see the progress made on 2 Jamaran class FFG's, on Iran's ever increasing fleet of Ghadir class SSK's, and the Aircraft Carrier sim elation which is being used for training purposes.

It should be noted that google's chief business officer is omid kordestani, who is a backer of the nuclear deal which will bring war with Iran. In all probability this frequent updating of Bandar Abbas is being done to prepare targets for attack in an invasion, and kordestani should be shot as a traitor to Iran.

More disturbing is that raisin shared an article by William Beeman about the nuke deal. Dr. Beeman is close to my cousin Homa Khanoum, who livers near physic and khosravi's 731 Belmont St. address, so it is possible they may be threatening my relatives who oppose this deal.

The true implications of the Iran nuclear deal

The wording of this deal, which can be found at the link below, is so vague and unspecific, that any minor infraction can be used as pretext to attack Iran and renege on sanctions.  Expect this deal not to be ratified by Iran or any of the powers, and expect sanctions to come back again. Expect zarif and rouhani to be in the hot seat for this as well.

peace and security. Iran

reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop or acquire any

nuclear weapons.

Iran envisions that this JCPOA will allow it to move forward with an exclusively

peaceful,

indigenous nuclear programme, in line with scientific and economic

considerations, in

accordance with the JCPOA, and with a view to building

confidence and encouraging

international cooperation. In this context,

t

he initial mutually determined limitations

described in this JCPOA will be

followed by a gradual evolution, at a reasonable pace, of

Iran’s peaceful nuclear

programme, including its enrichment activities, to a commercial

programme f

or

exclusively peaceful purposes, consistent with international non

-

proliferation

norms.

The E3/EU+3 envision that the implementation of this JCPOA will progressively

allow them

to gain confidence in the exclusively peaceful nature of Iran’s

programme. T

he JCPOA

reflects mutually determined parameters, consistent

with practical needs, with agreed

limits on the scope of Iran’s nuclear

programme, including enrichment activities and R&D.

The JCPOA addresses the

E3/EU+3’s concerns, inclu

ding through comprehensive measures providing for

transparency and verification.

The JCPOA will produce the comprehensive lifting of all UN Security Council

sanctions as

well as multilateral and national sanctions related to Iran’s nuclear

programme, i

ncluding

steps on access in areas of trade, technology, finance, and

energy.

PREAMBLE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

i.

The Islamic Republic of Iran and the E3/EU+3 (China, France, Germany, the

Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States, with the High

Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy)

have decided upon this long

-

term Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action

(JCPOA).

This JCPOA, reflecting a step

-

by

-

step approach, includes the reciprocal

commitments as laid down in this document and the annexes hereto and is to

be endorsed by the United Nations (UN) Security Council.

ii.

The full implementation of this JCPOA will ensure the exclusively peaceful

nature of Iran's nuclear programme.

iii.

Iran reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop or

acquire any nuclear weapons.

iv.

Successful implementation of this JCP

OA will enable Iran to fully enjoy its right

to nuclear energy for peaceful purposes under the relevant articles of the

nuclear Non

-

Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in line with its obligations therein, and

the Iranian nuclear programme will be treated in the sa

me manner as that of

any other non

-

nuclear

-

weapon state party to the NPT.

v.

This JCPOA will produce the comprehensive lifting of all UN Security Council

sanctions as well as multilateral and national sanctions related to Iran’s nuclear

programme, including steps on access in areas of trade, technology, finance and

energy.

vi.

The E3

/EU+3 and Iran reaffirm their commitment to the purposes and principles

of the United Nations as set out in the UN Charter.

vii.

The E3/EU+3 and Iran acknowledge that the NPT remains the cornerstone of the

nuclear non

-

proliferation regime and the essential

foundation for the pursuit of

nuclear disarmament and for the peaceful uses of nuclear energy.

viii.

The E3/EU+3 and Iran commit to implement this JCPOA in good faith and in a

constructive atmosphere, based on mutual respect, and to refrain from any

action inc

onsistent with the letter, spirit and intent of this JCPOA that would

undermine its successful implementation. The E3/EU+3 will refrain from

imposing discriminatory regulatory and procedural requirements in lieu of the

sanctions and restrictive measures co

vered by this JCPOA. This JCPOA builds on

the implementation of the Joint Plan of Action (JPOA) agreed in Geneva on 24

November 2013.

ix.

A Joint Commission consisting of the E3/EU+3 and Iran will be established to

monitor the implementation of this JCPOA

and will carry out the functions

provided for in this JCPOA.

This Joint Commission will address issues arising

from the implementation of this JCPOA and will operate in accordance with the

provisions as detailed in the relevant annex.

x.

The Internationa

l Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will be requested to monitor and

verify the voluntary nuclear

-

related measures as detailed in this JCPOA. The

IAEA will be requested to provide regular updates to the Board of Governors,

and as provided for in this JCPOA, to t

he UN Security Council.

All relevant rules

and regulations of the IAEA with regard to the protection of information will be

fully observed by all parties involved.

xi.

All provisions and measures contained in this JCPOA are only for the purpose of

its implementation between E3/EU+3 and Iran and should not be considered as

setting precedents for any other state or for fundamental principles of

international law and the ri

ghts and obligations under the NPT and other

relevant instruments, as well as for internationally recognised principles and

practices.

xii.

Technical details of the implementation of this JCPOA are dealt with in the

annexes to this document.

xiii.

The EU and E3

+3 countries and Iran, in the framework of the JCPOA, will

cooperate, as appropriate, in the field of peaceful uses of nuclear energy and

engage in mutually determined civil nuclear cooperation projects as detailed in

Annex III, including through

IAEA inv

olvement.

xiv.

The E3+3 will submit a draft resolution to the UN Security Council endorsing

this JCPOA affirming that conclusion of this JCPOA marks a fundamental shift in

its consideration of this issue and expressing its desire to build a new

relationship w

ith Iran. This UN Security Council resolution will also provide for

the termination on Implementation Day of provisions imposed under previous

resolutions; establishment of specific restrictions; and conclusion of

consideration of the Iran nuclear issue by

the UN Security Council 10 years after

the Adoption Day.

xv.

The provisions stipulated in this JCPOA will be implemented for their respective

durations as set forth below and detailed in the annexes.

xvi.

The E3/EU+3 and Iran will meet at the ministerial level every 2 years, or earlier

if needed, in order to review and assess progress and to adopt appropriate

decisions by consensus.

I.

Iran and E3/EU+3 will take the following voluntary measures w

ithin the timeframe as

detailed in this JCPOA and its Annexes

NUCLEAR

A.

ENRICHMENT, ENRICHMENT R&D, STOCKPILES

1.

Iran's long term plan includes certain agreed limitations on all uranium

enrichment and uranium enrichment

-

related activities incl

uding certain

limitations on specific research and development (R&D) activities for the first 8

years, to be followed by gradual evolution, at a reasonable pace, to the next

stage of its enrichment activities for exclusively peaceful purposes, as described

in Annex I.

Iran will abide by its voluntary commitments, as expressed in its

own long

-

term enrichment and enrichment R&D plan to be submitted as part of

the initial declaration for the Additional Protocol to Iran’s Safeguards

Agreement.

2.

Iran will begin phasing out its IR

-

1 centrifuges in 10 years. During this period,

Iran will keep its enrichment capacity at Natanz at up to a total installed

uranium enrichment capacity of 5060 IR

-

1 centrifuges. Excess centrifuges and

enrichment

-

related in

frastructure at Natanz will be stored under IAEA

continuous monitoring, as specified in Annex I.

3.

Iran will continue to conduct enrichment R&D in a manner that does not

accumulate enriched uranium. Iran's enrichment R&D with uranium for 10 years

will only

include IR

-

5, IR

6 and IR

8 centrifuges as laid out in Annex I, and

Iran will not engage in other isotope separation technologies for enrichment of

uranium as specified in Annex I. Iran will continue testing IR

after eight and a half years, as detailed in Annex I.

4.

As Iran will be phasing out its IR

-

1 centrifuges, it will not manufacture or

assemble other centrifuges, except as provided for in Annex I, and will r

eplace

failed centrifuges with centrifuges of the same type. Iran will manufacture

advanced centrifuge machines only for the purposes specified in this JCPOA.

From the end of the eighth year, and as described in Annex I, Iran will start to

manufacture agre

ed numbers of IR

6 and IR

8 centrifuge machines without

rotors and will store all of the manufactured machines at Natanz, under IAEA

continuous monitoring until they are needed under Iran's long

-

term enrichment

and enrichment R&D plan.

5.

Based on its long

-

term plan, for 15 years, Iran will carry out its uranium

enrichment

-

related activities, including safeguarded R&D exclusively in the

Natanz Enrichment facility, keep its level of uranium enrichment at up to 3.67%,

and, at Fordow, refrain from any uranium e

nrichment and uranium enrichment

R&D and from keeping any nuclear material.

6.

Iran will convert the Fordow facility into a nuclear, physics and technology

centre. International collaboration including in the form of scientific joint

partnerships will be es

tablished in agreed areas of research. 1044 IR

centrifuges in six cascades will remain in one wing at Fordow. Two of these

cascades will spin without uranium and will be transitioned, including through

appropriate infrastructure modification, for stable

isotope production.

The other

four cascades with all associated infrastructure will remain idle. All other

centrifuges and enrichment

-

related infrastructure will be removed and stored

under IAEA continuous monitoring as specified in Annex I.
