Subject: Salaam/your UN event
Presidnet Ahmadinejad I congratulate you on your speech at the UN. There is something I think you should know about your UN trip. On 14/9/2006, my 28's birthday my friend William Beeman mentioned to me about your coming to the UN to speak and asked me if I was interested in going. As much as I wanted I could not go due to the following reason. I could not make it since I had to appear the day after your speach in court for a charge which is for something that was not a crime and motivated by political harassment. That harassment included a police officer in providence, rhode island, where Dr. beeman and I do most of our work, ask me if I was going to help america get you after he found out I was half-Iranian. Not only did I refuse to answer that question, which is illegal for a police officer to ask but many people in RI were outraged and the ACLU even has complained about that officer's remarks. The full details of that incident are available on my blog, which is linked below this meggage. Remember, this is the kind of government that exists in america. Also are you on myspace? There are a few pages on myspace claiming to be of you but which appear to be impersonators. Zendran legal update
Just giving an update on the latest developments in my legal situation, things are moving real fast.
Thursday I sent out letters to Judges Rodgers, DeRobbio, and Ippolito about the report that was read at my arraignment being missing from my case file. When I went to drop off a copy of that letter to the Providence FBI office I was met with an odd response. I was told a copy of my letter would not be necessary to update my complaint, and that the FBI Civil Rights office would only investigate actively if something drastic happened or once my criminal trial was over, not considering that I have a case that has been going in federal court since October 2004 against those officers who have continued to harass me. I was told that the local authorities would be given precedence by the FBI agent, who interestingly enough was wearing a counterterrorism division shirt.
On Friday I visited the RI ACLU office and spoke with them about my case. Since I was arrested after I had stopped by to drop of my authorization for the ACLU to investigate the ACLU would allow me to add that incident to my complaint and they will investigate it.
On monday I recieved a letter from RI Superior Court at my old address which was passed on to me, informing me I have a January 3, 2007 Determination of Attorney appearance, which is on Maidyarem Ghambar and as a result I can't attend. I stopped by the Clerk's office and gave them my correct address and was told i would have to meet with the RIAG's office to have the date changed.
Today I stopped by the RIAG's office at the courthouse about having the date changed and I was told I would have to file a Motion to have the date changed.
How things will go from today remains to be seen, but I will keep things updated.

RI nwo candidates
I think I better get this out before the election is over. These are some candidates who should NOT be in any office.
Running for RI Governor, charles fogarty. This bastard and his family have pumped millions of dollars into abusive state run facilities like harmony hill where children are abused, in some cases causing lifelong damage. He has also helped ensure that social services for people in RI are ineffective wastes of money by helping only those that are selected, making a big publicity stink, and ignoring those screwed over. Has packed law enforcement agencies with personal friends to hush up dissenters and supported more oppressive prison programs. Plus a major fema supporter, partly responsible for distrubiting incorrect disaster relief info this summer and someone who has repeated the same abuses at guantanamo by ensuring more troops from RI were stationed at guantanamo and putting a spin on it to encourage popular support..
Running for RI Lt. governor, reggie centracchio. Former ranking officer in the RI national guard, this bastard is one person responsible for stationing more RI troops at guantanamo, encouraging the abuses suffered there by detainees. Another individual responsible for fema's actions in RI.
For US Senate, sheldon whitehouse. F A member of skull and bones who as RI attorney general was responsible for oppressive weapons laws which have encouraged abuses by RI law enforcement officals , unconstitutional actions, and a backlog in the RI legal system.
let us not forget that sicko who is running for mayor of providence, sissyweenie. This asshole has through his actions increased police brutality in providence, keeping providence second in incidents of police brutality in america, has encouraged corrupt businesses to move into providence, costing the losses of many jobs, and ensuring action groups are ineffective. let us not forget before getting into the mayors office he raped, and continues to rape, men for pleasure and manipulated evidence in the plunder dome trial.
Needless to say, people like that should NOT be in any elected office.

Zendran-9/11 connection
Just recently when searching for an old friend, Jim Olive, the son of my
former tutor Norton William Olive, I made a startling discovery.
Remembering that Jim had graduated from the Coast Guard Academy, and
that his parents among others had pressured me to enter the Coast Guard
Academy as well, and that he had a distinguished career in the 90's,
being last assigned to the nyc port authority in the late 90's, I did a
google search on him. What I found was shocking.
On 9/11 Jim, then a Lt. Commander in the Coast Guard, was Chief of the
Surface Forces Branch at Activities New York. This meant he was in a
command position during the 9/11 incident. What is even more
signifigant is that his father, Norton William Olive, the same man I
have quoted in articles published on David Icke's site and the Hidden
Mysteries site, is a former business partner of the Rothschild family,
personally knowing Victor and Jacob Rothschild, among others. This was
the same man who educated me about the shadow government, money and
financial manipulation, correct history, among others. I have even
saved the letters I shared with Norton William and his widow, Julia, in
which we talk about those subjects back in 1997-8. If anyone is
interested in seeing copies of those letters let me know and I will copy
and mail to whoever wishes to see them.

Update on Zendran court situation
I just paid a visit to RI Superior Court Clerk's office. It turned out
they recently recieved my case but the report that was read at my
arraignment was not included in my case file. Also the ppd is not
releasing the report to public records.
I have also spoken with the RI Attorney General's office and they are
also looking into my situation as well and taking a complaint from me as
well.

Tightening the Screws
Today as I write this it seems that american plans for launching some strike against Iran are being put into place. If anything american actions recently show that war is on it’s mind for Iran. If you doubt this consider how america’s forces are behaving recently.
In early October the new aircraft carrier uss george h w bush was launched, somewhat ahead of schedule, and plans to build the next carrier, the uss gerald r ford, are being put into place. Just two weeks before the navy also launched it’s first littoral combat ship, designed to deploy troops to shore positions faster and to handle and assess threats from foreign combatants. Already the uss dwight d Eisenhower has been ordered to deploy with it’s battle group to the Persian Gulf. This is to augment the iwo jima strike force, consisting of three amphibious attack ships and their support vessels. The Eisenhower has been undergoing refit, meaning it’s structure is more vulnerable, and the crippling of the ins hanit by Hezbollah used Iranian technology in July 2006 has shown that american warships in carrier battle groups, which are similarly built in hull structure, can be easily taken out by Iranian technology. Also the american military has retired the F-14 Tomcat fighters from service, in all likelihood an attempt to free up money to be spent on the F-22 and other new fighter aircraft the ameircan military is producing. Considering how many of these ships are old and american air and ground forces in Afghanistan and Iraq are short on material this assumption is a logical one.
Should the american military attempt such an attack in all likelihood it would be a failure. The american government is unpopular and it knows it. Judging by the domestic steps it is taking one can only conclude that some sort of crackdown is being prepared. In late September congress passed a bill granting the government the power to detain anyone indefinitely who it suspected of being an enemy combatant. Though similar laws since 9/11 have been passed the timing of this is a sign that something is being considered, namely a crackdown on American citizens who oppose their government’s criminal actions. Consider also how communications lines with the representatives of governments who question American acts and preparations for aggression are occurring. For instance the Russian ambassador to the UN’s e-mails are frequently blocked, as are the Chinese ambassador to the UN’s e-mails. Such an act is done to prevent representatives of foreign governments from hearing how people in america really feel about their government. Such blocking of communications sparked former Iranian President Khatami to tour america so that he would be able to more directly communicate with america to prevent aggression against his country. Hopefully the representatives of Russia, China, Germany, France, and Britain will remember this when they meet to consider action to be taken against Iran, since such actions occurred three years ago when the issue of Iraq was at stake. Already american bakdealing has helped cause a rift in the Shanghai Cooperative Organization nations and China and Russia are taking little action to heal this rift. They would do well to remember that after Iran's defeat over Herat in the 1830's as the result of western manipulation China and the rest of Asia soon feel under western influence. Today, these Asian nations should unite instead of allowing divisions to form.
Khatami’s tour of america showed much of how the american government is planning aggression against Iran. For one, the american government financed demonstrators who protested Khatami’s speeches throughout his american tour. This would have gone unnoticed had not the demonstrators themselves bragged about how the american government was financing their protests. Even more noticeable was what happened when Khatami traveled to the Boston area. The governor of massachusetts mitt Romney ordered all law enforcement agencies to refuse Khatami protection, casting the specter of some act of violence, possibly american backed, against Khatami. In response to this the mayors of Boston and Cambridge ordered their police departments to provide protection for Khatami’s visit. They not only did this but in doing so they prevented any act of violence from occurring. Just as alarming was the fact that many Iranian groups and groups who oppose american aggression did not plan to take action to protect Khatami. Case in point; the Nation of Islam would not plan any actions in support of Khatami for his Boston visit, citing the guarantee of security by those aforementioned mayors as a reason not to mobilize. Their refusal was flawed for several reasons. First, it deprived Iranians of extra support to counter the government backed protesters and since groups like answer and ufpj would not mobilize many in the anti-war movement were deprived of extra support to attend Khatami’s event. Second, if the security forces arranged for Khatami’s visit turned on him or someone made an assassination attempt there would have been extra people to take retaliatory action. This is something people should bear in mind for future occurrences.
Just as alarming is the treatment of Iranians and of those who oppose american aggression. Once again these people are on the receiving end of harassment, be it arrests on false and frivolous charges, harassment by electronic surveillance, wiretapping, mail tampering, and stalking. Unlike three years ago there is a clear lack of leaders and many in the anti-war movement and other dissidents are too scared to take constructive action. Even worse is how today Iranian groups and other so-called dissident groups are encouraged not to speak out and are rewarded by the government for it, and some groups even placed in situations where they are provoked into action. One instance occurred in January 2006 at MIT. Throughout that month several Iranian studies groups held lectures which were open to the public. What most of the attendants were unaware of was that in the building next to where the lectures were being held the nanotechnology lab, where work on american military projects occurs, was left unsecured. Had some attack on the nanotech lab occurred most certainly the Iranian student groups would have been blamed. Also noticeable is how Iranian groups at colleges are discouraged from inviting speakers who express dissenting and anti-war views to speak at campuses and from being involved in social justice events. Even more alarming is how Iranian organizations are often discouraged from getting involved in social justice and in supporting Iranians who are on the receiving end of government harassment, let alone organizing any event more controversial than a No Ruz celebration. Such behaviors are the signs of groups that either accept their persecution or are too lazy to do anything about it.
During times of crisis people should never hesitate to resist any attack against themselves. In this day and age the majority of Iranians in america appear to be tolerating, or too weak to do anything about, the persecution they are receiving. This behavior must be reversed if Iranians, let alone any ethnic group, in america are to avoid the fate of similar groups in nazi germany.

Watson guantanamo event
If some of you wonder why I was busy thursday it was because I was this
event below most of the day.
http://www.watsoninstitute.org/news_detail.cfm?id=501
One thing they don't mention is that the participants were not properly
linked up so people at Watson could not send questions to the panelists.
Plus Sarah havens even previewed some the lyrics of a rap song written
by a guantanamo detainee from Yemen which she said Eminem will be
performing.

ALERT; Zendran again harassed by providence pigs
This just happened yesterday one half hour after I had a document notarized authorizing the RI ACLU to investigate harassment I was recieving from the ppd.
Yesterday shortly after 2:00 PM I was pulled off the #66 bus by two ppd officers, one badge # 628, the other san antonio badge # 604 who I have named in my federal lawsuit against the ppd for violating my rights. My backpack was searched without my consent and my 2 inch buckknife was stolen. Later two more ppd officers arrived, a sergant, badge # 55, and slater, badge # 365 wo I also have named in my federal lawsuit against the ppd for violating my rights. All four ppd officers were not wereing their nametags on their uniforms. I refused to say anything other than that I was being harassed and my property was stolen and was led into the back of a ppd car and # 628 transported to ppdhq. While being processed # 628 called me slurs including retard, freak, and hippie, threatened that if he saw me on the street he would make up charges against me to arrest me and also threatened to break my teeth and pull out m hair if he ever saw me. While my property was being inventoried the duty officer stole a pool ball which he found in my backpack and # 628 said he refused to return my buckknife. I was led to a cell after a phone call I made reached an answering machine and was denied the right to make a call later, and the phone in the cell I was in was broken. Around 3:00 Pm a detective approached my cell, asked me if I had any serious medical conditions, to which I said no. I then refused to make any further statements and when he said I was being charged for disorderly conduct for spitting on washington trust bank on washington st. in providence he refused to tell me for which incidents I was being charged with. I replied that spitting on a bank was not disorderly conduct nor any other criminal violation and when I asked for that detective's name he falsely replied he was colonel esserman. That same detecive had harassed me in downtown providence monday which I filed a complaint with the RI ACLU about. Later that night when taken to be photographed and fingerprinted i said I was doing so under protest, and was told that I was the first person to be photographed with the ppd's new irisscan.
This morning I was brought to sixth district court and arraigned before judge Ippolito. The report was read and i was accused of spitting on washington trust bank on washington st. at times and dates which I did not, particularly on the day I was stopped by those four when I did not walk by washington trust at all during the day and the time coincided when I was at the RI ACLU office. I did not point this out to the judge but when asked if I had a record the case I had in providence Municipal Court in May/June 2004 was brought up and I explained to the judge that case was dismissed. Even though judge Ippolito admitted he was a washington trust customer he released me on $1,000 Personal Recognizance and placed a no contact order on the washington st. branch of washington trust bank after I pled Not Guilty, asked to have the case heard in RI Superior Court, and asked to appear Pro Se. I was later released and soon contacted the FBI, informing them of this latest incident and the harassment I continue to recieve from the ppd. Needless to say i will fight this and any assistance is appreciated.

Update on Zendran court situation
Some good news and bad news.
The good news. I recieved a letter yesterday from the Clerk of the US
Supreme Court. My case has been docketed and may be heard soon. The
case Number is 06-6438.
The bad news. I showed up in providence Municipal Court before Judge
Joseph A Abbate who set Trial date for my case dealing with the incident
that occured on August 25, 2006 after I pled Not Guilty to the charge of
disorderly conduct. The Trial for that has been set for January 24,
2007. Needless to say I will attempt to have that trial date set to an
earlier date.
As I posted before, those wishing to assist in me in this you can write
to Providence Municipal Court on my behalf explaining how no crime was
comitted and that the action of the pigs is simply to harass me for my
federal Lawsuit against them, and refuse to do business with washington
trust bank who has filed this nonsensical complaint and encourage your
friends to do likewise.

that occured on August 25, 2006 after I pled Not Guilty to the charge of
disorderly conduct.

Trouble brewing over Iran in northeast
Just recently, with Khatami's visit to the Boston area to take place for the next few days, has anyone noticed the odd things going on up there. For instance mass governor romney has ordered no protection for Khatami's visit but rumors are going around that Boston mayor Menino is ordering protection for Khatami. Or how some few Iranians are planning to demonstrate against Khatami in Boston, and I mean Iranians who collaborate with bush, but no demos in support of Khatami are being planned. I would go there in support of Khatami but I have had to spend a lot of money on preparing my case I do not have the means to get to Boston myself. If anyone is willing to give me a ride from RI to Boston and back please let me know.
Also notice how the UN is acting lately. E-mail contact info for Kofi Annan and the Russian ambassador is being supressed and e-mails to several UN ambassadors, including the Chinese ambassador, are being blocked.
Pay attention folks, something could go down soon.

UPDATE ALERT; Zendran harassment update
Just had a VERY busy but productive day, learning many new things on my case.First I picked up a copy of the incident report from when the pigs stopped me. Turned out it was full of lies. Among them the fact that despite that bank's stated numerous complaints about me over the past few years the oldest complaint was from August 22, 2006. Also the report was listed as an arrest report despite the fact that all three pigs that stopped me said I was NOT under arrest. Furthermore I was quoted out of context and the report said I was turned over to a detective for questioning which NEVER occured, I only met with a detective some six hours after being detained and only to be told I was being charged with disorderly conduct. Also on the charge of disorderly conduct the report lists it as a state law violation but instead the case is being tried by Providence Municipal Court since RI District Court will not try the case. Note that according to RI General Law and Providence City Code spitting on any part of a building does NOT constitute disorderly conduct nor does it violate any law in RI. Therefore no crime was comitted or laws were broken.Second, I found that my name was misspelled on the summons to appear in Providence Municipal Court. When I pointed this out to the clerk at PMC I was told it would not be a problem. Also I have finished my Brief for the Supreme Court and will be mailing it out tomorrow. Also noticed 2 days ago that someone had gotten in to the place where I was keeping the Brief copies for safekeeping. Though nothing was missing some items were moved around and someone left perfume, which tipped me off since I do not have any perfume. As far as action assistance here are two things you can do to assist me in my case.1. Write the Providence Municipal Court on my behalf. Remind them that I broke no laws in spitting on Washington Trust bank when walking by and that the action by the Providence Police is being done to disrupt my filing an appeal against them in the Supreme Court.2. Do NOT do any business with washington trust bank. This is especially important if you live in the new england area. That bank has a history of making profits by exploiting people like myself, including stealing money from people's accounts then doctoring evidence. They do not think twice about pulling any stunt like they did with me, so avoid any business with them and feel free to express your disgust with them for making profits by exploiting other people. I even was informed by a Brown professor who is also a customer of Washington Mutual Bank in Los Angeles. He informed me that Washington Mutual has been involved mistakenly in legal actions because many confused it with washington trust. If any of you have stories like this please come forward with them. That's all for now, will post more later as things develop.

More trouble in Iranian affairs
Has anyone noticed that things other than the usual american aggressive attitudes directed towards Iran are effecting Iranians around the world? Notice how people are not paying attention to how members of the UN security council are having their e-mails censored and blocked. The same goes for the e-mail accounts of Iranians who oppose american aggression, plus increased harassment of Iranians who oppose zionist/american aggression is increasing. And as usual nobody's paying attention.

ALERT; Zendran harassed again by providence pigs
Yesterday afternoon the latest harassment incident by the providence police department against me occured which I am describing in detail below.Yesterday shortly after 3PM I was catching the Broad St. bus on my way to an appointment with my eye doctor when two ppd cars pulled up. One officer, badge # 467 asked me for ID. I showed my no fare pass and was asked if I had a problem with washington trust bank. Then the two other oficers in the other patrol car, savinsky, badge # 436 and slater, badge # 365 repeated the same question. I told them I had a dispte with that bank, which I wall describe more of below, and I asked each officer if I was under arrest and told I was not, that someone form washington trust had filed a complaint against me for spitting on a window for passing by on the street. I then was asked to get in the car with savinsky and slater and was driven to the station. On the way there both officers argued with me about the complaint filed about me and was told that I would be held for questioning. The argument continued as I was being processed at the station and from my meeting those three until I was taken to a cell I was at no point Mirandized. While being processed savinsky, upon learning I was half-Iranian, asked me if I supported going after Iran's President, which I refused to answer. While making a phone call to a friend to make my situation known savinsky interrupted my call to speak with the person I was calling and tell them his version of events. While waiting the duty officer from my arrival to 11PM, who was also on form 7AM until my release, made arrangements for me to pray as my faith requires. While in the cell two other officers who were out of uniform walked by, one of them who I recognized as schiavulli, badge # 651, who had falsely arrested me two years before, telling others I was making death threats to ppd officers. Later that night a detective stopped by my cell and told me that bank was filing charges in RI district court and I would be charged with disorderly conduct for spitting on the bank whenever I walked by, claiming they had filed numerous complaints against me. At no point when meeting with that detective was I Mirandized. Between 11PM and 7AM the duty officer made no attempt to let me speak with him in regards to my praying and I had to take that matter up with the duty officer who came on at 7AM who did allow me to pray. Later that morning I was informed the providence municipal court would be hearing my case and that I would be released. Around 11AM I was released without bail and told my trial for disorderly conduct was scheduled for September 21, 2006. I then got my belongings and was released.Several things to bear in mind.1. I am in the process of appealing the decision by the First Circut Court in the United States Supreme Court and am in the process of writing my Petition for Writ of Certiorari, which is due in two weeks. Had I been held longer I would have been unable to file my Petition and would have had to refile my case and the timing of this is a clear attempt to intimidate me from filing my petition, which I am still working on and is nearing completion.2. The fact that I was told I was wanted for questioning, taken to the station, and then charged instead of my being charged when confronted by those three. That they used this ruse to go with them shows they wanted to trick me into going with them by using the pretext I was not under arrest.3. The fact that savinsky asked that question about my political attitude toward Iran when he learned that I was half-Iranian and that schiavulli made that comment about my making threats which was baseless, was allowed. Was it done to harass me which would not have happened under normal circumstances?4. The fact that washington trust calimed to have filed numerous complaints against me but did not act on them until yesterday. My dispute with washington trust bank goes back to January 1992, when that bank helped my stepfather and his lawyer, f thomas lenihan, steal money and assets from me which I had inherited from my grandmother as per her will. These assets were worth at least $100,000 and I have recieved next to no assistance in dealing with this matter. A friend of my grandmothers who agreed to handle my case died in 1997 while investigating the case, when refered to jim hardy in 1999 through disability law center he refered my case to nancy chudacoff, who agreed to give me a free consultation. When I did consult her she was of no assistance in pursuing my case, was a customer of that bank, and demanded $150 for the consultation. Since those assets of mine were stolen I had lost my health, experienced homelessness, and spent 33 months in dcyf custody so my stepfather and his lawyer could steal my assets, and experienced numerous health problems, including visual imparement and stress related to this loss which I would not have experienced had my assets not been stolen. The washington trust bank has also pulled this kind of action on other individuals and at no point, even while I was in dcyf, was I offered any constructive legal assistance in pursuing this matter. I plan on counter charging washington trust and will mention their actions in my Petition to the Supreme Court since the ppd is claiming this as their latest excuse to harass me.Needless to say I will fight this charge and am exploring every legal option available. If any of you wish to assist me feel free to contact me on how you can help.Peter Z

Zendran trial update
I just got this in from the first circut court of appeals yesterday.A three judge panel composed of chief judge boudin and circut judgeshoward and torruella made a judgement in a closed door hearing. Theyhave upheld judge lisi's ruling and denied me the right to reopen mycase or grant me a new trial. I will be appealing this ruling to theSupreme court and can use all advice I can get.Peter Zendran

Staking aggression
Once again aggression by the american government is being directed towards Iran. This may seem old news to some, however so much is going on which the general public is unaware of. As usual while no threats of war are being made openly everything that is going on hints of aggression.
A good gauge of this is the way the media reports on american government attitudes towards Iran. Tales like how Iran is giving weaponry to the Iraqis who are fighting against american occupiers and that Iran is supporting terrorism may be old news but when spread at the right time can inflame popular opinion into supporting aggression. Stories like the capture of suspected terrorists, like the ones captured in Caada are just as effective, as well as rumors of attacks like those circulating for June 6 of 2006. Just as effective is how foreign media outlets like Tehran Times and al-Jazeera are being censored, not to mention foreign news outlets that talk about what is really going on with the american government and military such as Pravda and the Guardian are either blocked, downplayed, or ignored. Also publications like Jane’s Defense and Soldier of Fortune which give uncensored news about american warfare are being pulled from public circulation. Most telling is how many american military publications doctor facts regarding deployments, productions, and soldier’s statements, a sure sign of a destructive rot which all regimes on the verge of collapse show, as Soviet Russia demonstrated dramatically.
If one is to understand the real intentions of the american government in terms of aggression we must look at the actions of the american military and not the words from american propaganda. Many may be familiar with the air forces purchase of F-22 raptor fighters around the time Iran unveiled production of it’s Shafagh fighter. Few may also be aware of how the navy has launched new lpd ships in New Orleans, including recently the uss new york which is made from the steel from the world trade center, showing that the shipyards in Louisiana and Mississippi where navy ships are being built that hurricane Katrina went by in 2005 were not affected and giving substance to stories that the disaster was manmade. Also news about the submarines uss texas and uss hawaii and their true capability is being kept from the public, as well as that of ships like the carrier george h w bush and other surface warships, since though the official story is they are not ready they are. Most telling is the behavior of american ground forces. Tales of atrocities by american forces are nothing new. What is most telling is how the marines, army, and national guard have had trouble meeting recruiting goals and that recruiters often ignore criminal background and citizenship requirements in order to get new recruits, showing that the military is stretched thin and becoming more composed of people who would do anything criminal as new announcements that the army will ignore parts of the Geneva convention when treating prisoners. And as if to emphasize that aggression against Iran may happen the reagan carrier battle group just left the Persian gulf, the same group which was involved in exercises with the Gotland, a Swedish sub with stealth capability, in 2005, showing that they may have been monitoring Iran’s fleet, particularly it’s stealth subs, to test them out and asses Iranian defensive capabilities. Let us not also forget american black ops and support of rogue states like Israel who have harmful intentions to Iran. In other words all signs of rot that nations like nazi Germany, imperial britain, and Soviet Russia showed before they collapsed, which is something to bear in mind with american negotiations going on.
On the reverse side Iran has been doing what any nation being threatened with foreign aggression would do. As usual it has increased readiness of it’s military. However, Iran’s political leaders have announced what they would do in case of an invasion in the media, which while it may be good for morale can lead to sloppiness in preparing to defend itself. Furthermore, Iran has been focused on making missiles and developing weapons for it’s Air Force and Army but the only major weapons made for the Iranian navy have been the new stealth submarines, effective but not enough to cause major sea denial in the Persian Gulf. Diplomatically, Iran has received support from the non-Aligned nations and has managed to keep an open dialogue in terms of diplomatic negotiations, though smart enough to emphasize that it will not fall for american provocations. Just as important is how Iranian groups outside Iran that are involved in Iranian affairs are behaving. Recently the idea of Iranians from all backgrounds uniting to act in support of Iran, something I have advocated for five years, now that idea is being advocated by reza pahlavi, someone who has undermined Iranian resistance efforts and who’s actions have only harmed Iranians worldwide by collaborating with the american government. Any person who gives reza pahlavi credibility as well as any other Iranian who sells out their people to Americans who have aggressive intentions towards Iran. Even worse is how anti-war groups in America have been focusing away from Iran, either giving Iran a passing mention or focusing on issues like Darfur or Venezuela rather then on helping Iran. The same mass actions planned for Iraq are not being repeated in support of Iran and this is telling news.
Before anyone decides how to think or act on Iran they need to take a real good hard look at what is really going on. If they do they will see that things are not always as we are told to believe and that we can do something to stop aggression. All it takes is correct knowledge to take correct action.

Iran misrepresented by the american anti-war movement
Iran misrepresented by the american anti-war movement
This month Iran and Iranians in america will be on the recieving end of a mojor insult from the american anti-war movement. This month the troops out now coalition will be holding demonstrations against america’s criminal invasions and against american aggression towards Iran. This may sound good except there is one problem they are not telling the general public about these demonstrations. That is that Iranians and people involved in Iranian affairs will not be allowed to speak at these demonstrations and many Iranians have been harassed by the troops out now coalition who oppose american aggression against Iran.
That this can be done is a greater betrayal from america since the american government helped support the Iranian revolution against it’s most loyal ally up until that time, Iran. If anything the people who these demonstrations are in support of should be allowed to speak and actively participate in these events. Instead, this is not allowed and gives credibility to statements that the american anti-war movement is made up of government collaborators intent on controlling dissent in america.
How did this happen? The early anti-war protests since 9/11, which were composed of peoples from all walks of life, had come under the dominance of many leftist/socialist groups including international answer, iso, iww, etc. who chose to wallow in their ignorance of Middle Eastern and Central Asian affairs and force their views and lifestyles on others who did not agree with them. In doing so many demonstrators were put off by the dominance of these groups, some were outraged and made their feelings public, causing problems for many of the groups putting on these demonstrations in late 2003 when these facts soon became public. The american anti-war movement was further hindered by the military families for peace and gi resister movement. Never was a more obvious government trojan than those two movements put into the american anti-war movement, for although many government and military members would spy on anti-war groups by spinning the lies that they did not want to go to war, had executed orders they did not want to, and had opposed the war from the beginning they played upon the pacifist tendencies of many in the anti-war movement to gain acceptance and helped the troops out now movement coalesce.
Some of you may wonder how this is an insult to Iran and Iranians. First, the fact that Iranians are marginalized from events which are nominally put on in support of them speaks for itself. If these anti-war events in america were truly in support of Iran this would not happen, period. Consider how anti-war events outside america in support of Iran do not marginalize Iranians from their events. Second, many of these groups would not allow those who’s actions threaten the safety of Iranians, namely american military and government, to attend these events and would allow the crowd content of these demonstrations to remain as it was in the months after 9/11. By allowing people who’s aims are questionable and who have victimized the very people the demonstrations are in support of the troops out now coalition are acting dishonestly and hypocritically. If the people in the military did not want to go to war they would have left the military one way or another or refused to obey orders as many in nazi Germany did. Instead, they make obvious lies claiming they were forced to commit their actions. People like this can not be trusted.
Compounding this further is the fact that many members of the Iranian community in america have done very little in terms of being involved in the anti-war movement. Those few Iranians who were involved either acted out of ignorance of the nature of these groups putting on these demonstrations or willingly with these groups. Yet on the whole the Iranian community in america has acted on the whole selfishly, not getting involved or taking more active stands for themselves. Instead of taking stands early on so that they would understand the necessary skills needed to resist an oppressive government Iranians in america are more concerned with putting on No Ruz parties or on how much they earn at work or where they live, ignoring the more pressing issues as those who ended up in nazi concentration camps did decades earlier. Now that the american threat is materializing and some Iranians are taking action they lack the large scale clout due to years of inactivity when they should have been active making connections and attending important events.
The answers to the problem are simple. It should go without saying that Iranians in america need to take action against american aggression for we are directly effected by it. We should not hesitate to confront groups like the troops out now coalition, whether in debates or in counterdemonstrations. After all, we are the ones being effected and should not have to tolerate misrepresentation by some collaborating limousine leftists.

Case update
I just recieved an order in regards to my Appeal a few days ago.
A three judge panel of the First Circut Court of Appeals reviewed my case and decided unanimously that oral argument would not be necessary and they would use the Briefs I filed as well as the defendant's Brief as testimony. When I called the clerk's office they told me that I would have to wait until I recieved further notice from the Court.

Who’s ready to Rumble?
Talking about war is one thing, executing it is another. This is something many people here in america and around the world forget. If this continues it will be to their detriment. At present the phony and illegal “war on terror” is still being waged in much the same way mccarthy waged his Communist witch hunt in the 1950’s and like mccarthy’s witch hunt people in america and around the world are becoming nauseated with bush’s phony war. Right now bush is trying to whip up support to prepare to invade Iran. Whether or not war with Iran will happen has yet to be seen.
With war being threatened and considered the question is not if war will happen but who has the wherewithal to go to war. If this were 6 years ago people around the world would take american threats seriously. The quagmire in Iraq and failure to crush the anti-war movement have shown otherwise. They have seen american resources stretched to their limits and the american military repeatedly humiliated as seen in Fallujah in 2003. What many people do not realize is that america is actually weaker than people realize.
The weakness of america is most glaring when one takes a look at it’s military. Over the past few decades since Vietnam the american military took new measures in the hopes that they would be able to create a military that would avoid the same kind of humiliation. That has not happened. Instead, the american military has cut corners in recruiting soldiers by not properly screening for criminal history, mental instability, and physical problems as it did during WWII when it did not allow those kind of people to serve. By doing this it has ensured that those who serve in the military will cause problems, as incidents at Abu Ghraib have shown. Furthermore by eliminating the draft the american military has ensured that those people who serve do so willingly and are of a similar mindset. This is shown by a clear lack in proper training of soldiers, who have many technical and weapons skills but their hand-to-hand combat skills are lacking since many have difficulty in street fighting situations without their weapons and kevlar armor, a far cry from 60 years ago. Even with all the reforms the american army and marines introduce to adapt to conditions in Iraq and Afghanistan the resistance in those two areas still adapts as quick as the enemy. Furthermore, the conditions of the machinery the ground forces use is of questionable capability, since the Iraqi military showed in the second gulf war how to defeat an abrams tank, armor has been so light for vehicles, particularly armored personnel carriers and humvees that soldiers have had to sometimes improvise in combat situations to protect themselves and the manufacturers and defense department have not addressed this weakness. Even if american ground forces were to launch an attack into Iran the resistance groups in both Iraq and Afghanistan would be given new impetus to rise up since it will ease pressure in terms of troop concentration in those countries.
The american navy is also not as tough as it appears to be. Four of america’s aircraft carriers have foul hulls, the kitty hawk and enterprise due to age, the john f kennedy due to age and neglect, it is the worst performing carrier and is scheduled to be deactivated in 2006, and the abraham lincoln of “mission accomplished” notoriety due to structural trouble since it was rushed to completion with the idea to serve in the first gulf war. One or two hits from an Iranian missile would be enough to at least permanently disable these carriers. The surface fleet is as bad off, since the steel hulls of the american cruisers, destroyers, frigates, and other seagoing craft are so thin a rowboat or human fist can penetrate them, something the cole bombers were not aware of. The builders of the arleigh burke class destroyers compounded their mistake beginning with the new chafee in integrating the machinery in with the hull as the hull is being built, making repair to a damaged ship next to impossible in an attack. The navy has shown some consciousness of this by taking many of it’s frigates, including the stark from the 1987 Iraqi missile attack incident, destroyers, and cruisers, including the notorious vincennes which deliberately shot down Iran Air Flight 655 on July 3, 1988, and has been slow in constructing new ships to replace them. The only ships the navy has been focusing on constructing are destroyers, submarines, amphibious ships, and the new carrier george h w bush, flaws and all. While many american submarines are in decent fighting shape their machinery, including exercise equipment and food service machinery, can be picked up by alert sonar operators. Let us not forget that many ships that have been in refit to overhaul their hulls or machinery have actually been weakened by these overhauls. Furthermore, the dependence on missiles, which can be intercepted as shown in the first gulf war, is another glaring weakness since if the missiles launched at a target are intercepted by countermeasures then the ships, which the navy since the missile strikes on Afghanistan and Sudan during the clinton administration on nations with minimal offensive capability, has used these ships for instead of ship-to-ship engagements. Furthermore the facilities that build many of these ships in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas were not affected by the hurricanes that devastated those areas in 2004-5, lending some suspicion to the military’s role in those disasters. Plus with submarines with considerable maneuverability and endurance and the time to learn the mistakes from operation preying mantis Iran has the means to block the Persian Gulf and cause more damage than before.
The only real american strike force that Iran must be concerned about is america’s air forces. Since the end of the Vietnam conflict america’s airborne forces, the military branch which received the least damage, were given new priority and have been used as a major striking force ever since. In terms of quantity of aircraft against Iran america has a numerical superiority over Iran. In terms of quality both countries are even, since Iran has recently developed the industrial capability to mass produce tactical fighter aircraft to replace the F-4, F-14, and Mig-29 aircraft that make up the bulk of it’s airborne forces. And not just any aircraft. When an american F-117 stealth fighter was shot down in the opening days of the attack on Yugoslavia in 1999 by Yugoslav Mig-21 and ground defense missiles Iranian liaison troops who were stationed in Croatia managed to obtain parts of the wreckage, analyze it, and use that knowledge to build it’s own stealth fighter, the Shafagh. With the prototype successful Iran now has the means to mass produce it, which has american war hawks worried. The missiles that both sides use are equal in the amount of damage they can do, if an american missile takes out an Iranian base an Iranian missile will take out an american base or carrier battle group, and in that they can be intercepted. Bear in mind that Iran has the means to counter missile attacks since it has been sold the technology to do so from Russia and has examined the british patrol boat which was equipped with missile countermeasures.
In terms of a sole military conflict any invasion of Iran would be the end of america’s military as an offensive force. Those who delude themselves into thinking a limited missile strike on Iran would not lead to war are deluding themselves since Iran will never accept such a violation of it’s sovereignty. Using any foreign powers to carry out american aggression against Iran is also wishful thinking, since britain, which wants to recover the Khuzestan oil fields it occupied to start up british petrol and fuel it’s war machine in two world wars, no longer has independent offensive capabilities, and israel’s military does not have the range and endurance to make a successful strike on Iranian targets and if it were to do so it would leave itself open to another yom kippur style invasion. However those who think that arms are the sole factor in determining a conflict are grossly mistaken, since Iran possesses many other ways to defend itself. Currently, Iran has one of the largest reserves of oil, petroleum, and natural gas. This is due to the fact that Iranian technology is not largely dependent on these fossil fuels. Not so in the west, mainly america, as evident by prodigious use of fossil fuels in automobiles, building heating, and electricity, as well as suppression of technology that would relieve dependence on fossil fuels. During the Iran-Iraq war Iran capitalized on this by attacking oil tankers in the Persian Gulf and blocking access to it’s oil, which america assisted in by attacking Iranian oil rigs. If Iran were to destroy access to it’s oil as Iraq did in 2003 it would deny american business and industry access to a vital commodity, as well as the military, which has begun reintroducing fossil fuel dependence in it’s material. If Iran denies the world access to it’s oil reserves it will cause a technological crisis, including american military technology.
Even as we speak, despite the above mentioned flaws, the american government is readying itself for a possible attack against Iran. Throughout 2005 the carrier ronald reagan staged exercises in the Pacific hunting for a swedish submarine, similar to the subs Iran has. Recruiting for the military has redoubled and more incentives, most hollow, are offered to new recruits. The base realignment and closures have moved military resources from some vulnerable spots to areas where any potential attackers would be spotted. Plus budget increases for military spending, spy programs, and law enforcement are being increased. Nor should we forget an increased amount of Iran language and culture products on the open market which can be used by potential spies to infiltrate Iranian society. Lest we forget the media in america is focusing on portraying Iran as an evil country and one that must be attacked while independent media outlets that tell the truth where it differs are under attack by the american government. All signs of potential aggression.
Let us not forget the diplomatic and economic methods that can be used to attack an nation. We have recently seen how america put sanctions on China and India, as well as Austria, to get two those nations to support an american referral of Iran to the united nations security council, and tricked Russia into support for that unsc referral with promises of better oil dealings through Iraq’s new criminal oil minister ahmad chelebi if Russia were to back action against Iran. Once the referral happened those nations saw the emptiness of the American promises and are now taking concrete action to prevent an attack on Iran. Furthermore america’s presidency of the unsc for February gives it every means to manipulate a war against Iran and even american diplomats, including john bolton, have admitted that war plans against Iran are being considered. Economically, Iran is preparing an oil bourse in which payment for oil will be accepted in Euros instead of american dollars. If this were to happen it would throw america’s economy into crisis since america, which is the largest debtor nation, would have to convert it’s holdings into Euros to purchase Iranian oil. Plus it would give america’s Asian creditors leverage, particularly China and put them in a position to stop an american war drive.
One remaining factor is how ordinary people act in regards to the war drive against Iran. Among the global Iranian population Iranians of different walks of life, be they iri supporters, militants, nationalists, monarchists, communists, fascists, socialists, etc. have managed to put differences aside and unite in voicing opposition against aggression against their homeland. Since many Iranians occupy prominent positions, be it in finance, technology, media the Iranian population is able to make it’s voice heard. Even with censorship in the western media the foreign and independent media is able to relay the feelings of ordinary Iranians and expose american aggression planned against Iran, especially since Iranians are the third largest ethnic group represented on the internet and online media has a wider reach than print media.
How Iranians are supported by foreign groups remains in question. Right now the only country who’s anti-war movement has been disorganized and at best apathetic to Iran being threatened by american aggression is america. Since the 9-11 attacks and the phony war on terror the anti-war movement has gone from a promising start, as the February 2002 nyc protests and April 20, 2002 dc protests showed, to falling into several warring factions. This came about due to many hard core anti-war figures being attacked, the leftists believing their own propaganda when it was wrong about Iranian and foreign issues, and the rise of the peace movement in the anti-war movement. This infighting caused many groups to support peacenicks, who’s ranks were easily infiltrated by government moles seeking to control the anti-war movement, to denounce militants as provocateurs or fascists and spread disinformation in an appealing way. As a result anti-war coalitions have collapsed. Furthermore, the peacenicks allowed the gi resister movement to join it’s ranks, allowing obvious government moles access to information, material, and people it would not have under normal circumstances. In doing so it has subverted the mainstream anti-war movement. Unless ordinary people who oppose the criminal aggression of the american government get together, stage actions, marginalize the peacenicks and others who promote unconstructive action, and act decisively the american anti-war movement is doomed.
Is aggression against Iran possible? Yes. Can it succeed if initiated? Not likely. Can aggression against Iran be stopped? Yes, and we must act to do so to make sure it does not happen.

Case update
yesterday I recieved notice from the 1st Circut Court of Appeals. They decided to grant a time extension for the pigs I'm suing to file their brief, despite the fact that the excuse for extending time contained many lies. Interesting this happened while I was enjoying myself at MIT. BC's Professor Connally was a better scholar than I anticipated.
