Odd Worldwide No Ruz messages

This year because of war involving Iran there are fewer No Ruz messages being put out, however some are respectful like those from Tajikistan

and from Kazakhstan

while the United Nations put out a graphic but no official statement

while India's modi put out a statement in english only

Odd how conflict makes people focus and if there will be a planet next No Ruz.
