This type of military execution was last done in america 65 years ago, and when dead Nidal will not be able to say if those he shot were involved in war crimes specifically, and the military is as much to blame for not preventing this when Nidal was dealing with manipulative jihadis like omer bajwa who got him to do this. Either way expect those in america's military to be shot and otherwise taken out for involvement in war crimes with Nidal Hasan as further justification.
