On odd uae naval project

I just got a satellite image of the uae navy's al maryah project 163M amphibious assault ship being built in Surabaya which is almost complete

The real issue is why did the uae order foreign, as they recently built an amphibious assault ship for Nigeria, and will they gt it, for in their stupidly backing america against Iran there is a good chance they will never get that warship or it will be sunk by my Nedaja Artesh.
