Zendran facing down persecution in vermont during Iran war

He did remember me from town meetings and allowed my friends to take my property thinking it may have been a misunderstanding. I was held on bail overnight at sscf prison. The next morning attorney Evan Antal argued that any speech restrictions violated my dual Iranian status and were illegal, and that I had health issues needing attention from the taylem brown incidents, and Judge liz mann ordered me held for evaluation. At the end of Ghambar the prison social worker had me moved to a medical pod, while noting my rights as a Zoroastrian could not be accommodated because of rhode island based circumvention laws, but did not classify Zoroastrians as mentally ill as rhode island does, but vermont has a minority of one law as well. On 12 May the evaluator, who was Kashmiri, verified my dual status and other facts, saying Judge mann's ruling violated my dual status and the court did not do their diligence in investigating, and used the VA's evaluation from the rhode island federal charge to back it up. The next day the VA came to visit me, verifying my status as Sipah Salar in Artesh Iran, and as the trump administration initiated the criminal war they could check in on me, as it qualified under foreign and adjunct service, however I respectfully declined because of my stepdad's stolen valor issues which started this war, and I got increased attention. The day after that the prison medical staff noted my medical issues because of taylem brown's 11 June 2025 hit on me and the torture I experienced when illegally detained in rhode island from the incidents between 19 November 2021 and 25 January 2023. The next week one inmate began saying I had the smell of death around me, and when the prison staff responded I pointed out vermont prisons do not provide proper hygiene and sanitary supplies. In early June I got paperwork stating my release was being planned, as my illegal detention had caused a panic, however I was denied the right to make legal calls or mail the Iranian embassy, claiming I was passing orders. I and others detained found out our cases were too similar, and contacted the state of vermont's prisoners rights about human rights violations, and the pigs retaliated against me by threatening me for getting drinks of juice and water and denying me medical treatment, and prison medical responded by regularly visiting me in my cell. On 30 June Evan called to say the state of vermont's evaluators were asking all charges be dropped as my rights were violated and I had acted in self defense, and the next day Judge mann ordered my release concurring while allowing vermont snapback to be used. When I retrieved my belongings and went to my place, noting some valuable coins were missing, and went to sscf to get my property. Later that night some people near the prison noted I had trouble moving, and hen 911 was called they noted my heart rate was over 200 and brought me to a nearby hospital, where the doctors and staff noted I had experienced torture by being deprived of essential medical treatment and sanitary supplies, releasing me the next morning once my heart was stabilized. That morning as I was being discharged a local business owner called me to inform me my dad Dave died shortly after my evaluation, and many were worried for my safety. This is an important win, however my safety is still threatened by bizarre vermont laws, and the state of vermont gave me understanding they would give me permanent residence there with the understanding my rights would not be violated the way they were in rhode island, and they not only lied they acted on slander from rhode island disseminated by associates of bernie sanders. While furnari assured me he and the town would work to address the issues regarding the pigs who violated my rights on 26 April they have yet to prove it, as I and others have noticed evidence of illegal surveillance, human traficking, and financial fraud in those neighborhoods not being addressed, and they are using taylem brown and other thugs as provaceturs by using bernie's associates to aid them. Rest assured if vermont denies me justice Artesh Iran and Dadvah Ahura Mazda will ensure I get it as they have done elsewhere.
