Recently the sail of the uss groton ssn-694 arrived in the city of groton's electric boat facility to be preserved nearby

While well intentioned the planned location for this is a bad spot where this will be easily damaged, and if they follow through I and others who had been on ssn-694 who have concerns will have to follow through on them.
