The mistakes include misidentifying the 4 SSK's, which are clearly 2 Ghadir class and 2 Yugo class, refering to the Bayandor class Frigate as a Corvette, despite the fact that the same ships that are used by Thailand and are little different are refered to as Frigates, using the false term PB, including for the Sina class Corvette, and the false terms used for all Charak class ships, as the Charak class are based on a German design where a Logistical Support ship can be rapidly converted into an Amphibiuos Assault ship.
Once again wikimedia demonstrates it's ignorance of Iranian matters and is refusing to allow people to right their wrongs.

UPDATE; Now brown tries to hush up Zendran incident
This was brought to my attention recently.
In releasing their crime statistics brown is omitting the 2 incidents I had with them, most likely out of fear of the reaction their acknoweledgement would cause. Notice the incident of April 22, where 2 people were harassed by the brown pigs for making a demonstration at an event. Here is the link below.

Oddness around Zendran case
During last week the following odd events occured while I was handling my case. Several documents containing evidence in my favor disappeared from the office of my public defender which could have helped me in my appeal. Also the office of another lawyer at the pastore center in cranston along with other buildings nearby experienced a power outage the day of my appeal. To add to the suspicious incidents the brown e-mail of one of my few friends, Dr. Thomas Biersteker, in not recieving e-mails from me. Dr. Biersteker is the former director of the watson institute who welcomed me there on May 5, 2004 and is currently on sabbatical.
If you think my recent legal situation is odd consider this. Within a 48 hour timeperiod of my case Wesley Snipes was sentenced to 3 years in jail, Robert Blake's civil appeal was denied, and the 3 ny pigs who killed that man on his wedding day and that war criminal marine were acquitted of murder. Coincidence?

Zendran appeal denied
This afternoon I appeared again in RI district court to appeal my sentence. I was assisted by the same public defender I had on monday. The judge demanded that as part of my appeal that I vacate the plea and be held without bail for a period of time, and as this could not be met my appeal was denied.

Take acion against brown university for violations of human rights
List of human rights abuses by brown university
The recent incident where brown university had targeted me with legal harassment and threatened to use lethal force against me if seen on campus for walking into their police station to handle a complaint, going about my business at the watson institute where the staff have told me I am welcome there as they have since 2003, and returning to the watson institute to retrieve my property is only the latest in a series of human rights abuses committed by brown university. I will not go into further details here about my personal issues, as I have detailed them already elsewhere, rather I will go into human rights abuses that have occurred and which I and others have observed.
1. Targeting of activists; While brown hosts many events on important forumson important issues which are open to the public, many activists who attend those events are subject to legal harassment by the brown university police. This often happens days leading up to events or during them and often includes charges of trespassing or disorderly conduct.
2. Targeting of minorities; Despite the diverse student body and faculty, as well as public who deal with brown, many minorities continue to be targeted. Two instances occurred in 2002. One was when a Black African student was beat by the bupd because he had no ID. A few days later a talk on police brutality by David Bates to be held at brown was cancelled. In 2003 a poor Native American man, James Powell, was arrested for trespassing at the rockefeller library where he had purchased a membership. In November 2006 Shahriar Mandanipour, a visiting Iranian author at the watson institute, was advised to pay for a traffic ticket issued by the city of providence for an offense he did not commit and he consented because he was ignorant of local laws. Poor people have even been targed and many who walk through campus are cited for trespassing, including those who visit the brown bookstore which is open to the public. The worst incident occurred in December 2004 when a poor Black African man who was playing Christmas music on a saxophone was beaten by police. One reason brown refused to allow outsourcing of it’s bookstore was that brown’s administration realized if it did their discrimination would have been exposed.
3. Requirement of involuntary control by brown; Upon admission students at brown are required to sign control of their bodies to the university, if they refuse they are denied admission. In doing so brown makes sure it is able to manipulate others.
4. Targeting faculty who dissent; Recently I and other people had noticed how faculty members at brown who disagrees with the administration on issues have been targeted either by being moved into other positions, pressured into leaving positions, or pressured into leaving brown. One instance occurred in 2004-5 where the entire Middle east Studies department, which disagreed with the administration, was pressured into taking a years sabbatical. Another example is how from 2006-2008 the watson institute has gone through 3 directors because the directors often stood up to brown’s administration. I have noticed many faculty who dissent with the administration being pressured into taking sabbaticals or into taking jobs at other universities. In the case of the first watson institute director though he stated his reasons for leaving were academic I met him weeks after he stepped down as director and found he was physically unkempt, though previously I had only seen him before in good health and impecabilly dressed in any situation. The second director stated the same reasons for her stepping down as director.
5. Unwarranted surveillance; Among the dirty tactics brown uses is spying. One example is how brown has cameras in many of it’s bathrooms. When brown is confronted with this accusation the responses are evasive and vary, but they include denial, claiming the cameras are there for security, claiming that they are an odd art form, and claiming that brown is private property and the law does not apply. One instance of this occurred in February 2004, when a member of the Palestinian government spoke at brown, then a few days later pictures taken of her using the bathroom at brown were found online on a voyeurcam website. Another tactic used is having brown faculty posing as street people off campus so they can spy on those who have issues with the university off campus.
What can you do to stand up to brown?
Boycott brown university. Do not send them donations, do not sponsor events, do not buy their products, do not buy from brown businesses, do not order anything from them.
Do not apply there as faculty or a student, do not accept invitations to events there.
Inform people and corporations who deal business with brown about how brown really behaves, so people will be better educated and prepared to take action

Zendran harassed again by brown for retrieving property
This occured friday afternoon as I was retrieving the book I gave to the watson institute and other books I had left there. I managed to retrieve my books friday but as I left watson brown's pigs chased me. I got off brown property but the same pig who tried to trespass me tried to grab me off brown property. I kicked him off and was tackled by 4 more brown pigs, managing to kick 2 of them off me before I was handcuffed on the corner of brook and benevolent st.'s. I was then taken to ppd hq without being processed by brown. I learned the next day that I was being charged with trespassing and resisting arrest, the latter because I was off brown property when I beat up the 3 pigs and could not be charged with assault on an officer, and my bail was $1000 cash. As I could not pay the bail I was transported to aci intake for the weekend. There I was not allowed to pary on sunday, though I was able to pray inside ppd hq only because someone had hidden some lighters in my cell and I used these instead of a candle or any fire material, being told the chaplain was not in and during processing the pg who processed me could not be made to understand what Zoroastrianism was and they were trying to determine whether or not I was Muslim or Jewish. At ri district court monday I was presented as a violator and because I could not make bail and because of my low income the public defender argued that I recieve 1 year probation and that all fines be waived, which was granted. However, the court ordered I stay off brown property.
At this point I have 5 days to appeal the court's ruling and I am seeking legal options. Zendran illegally charged by brown pigs
Yesterday I was tackled by 7 members of the brown pigs as I was walking by the science center on Thayer and Watermann St.s after leaving the watson institute where I went to find out more info about sertain events, including evo morales's upcoming speech, as they tried to enforce the illegal trespass issued this past monday. Once taken to thestation they said a complaint had been made by someone who had seen me at the watson institute earlier that day. When they were arguing about what to charge me with they admitted the previous trespass incidents from 2003 were invalid, but they were going to charge me with the illegal trespass which was issued when I was at the bupd hq. I argued that I had been told by the watson directors and faculty that I was welcome there whenever but they would not listen and I was turned over to ppd to be held by them until I was arraigned. Once at ppd hq a phone call I made to Dr. Beeman to inform him about the situation was blocked and during my stay there no other calls were allowed. I was told I would be released around 3 PM for arraignment but that never occured and I was held overnight. While being held I was denied the right to pray, despite the fact that one of the duty officers had allowed me to do so 2 years ago. During my detention I was initially told by one ppd member that I was held because I was denied transport, the one who released me said I was held for observation. I was arraigned by judge ippolito this morning. At my arraignment it was revealed that watson's receptionist michelle travers had made the call to brown, despite the fact that watson staff member Miranda Fasulo confirmed I was there to get info from the Director about events sponsored by watson. They tried to bring up the disorderly charge from October 2006 where I was found Not Guilty and I argued that with the judge. I pled Not Guilty and was released on recognizance and entered my appearance as a Pro Se Defendant. Needless to say I will fight these charges, and am in the process of taking action against brown by whatever means necessary, be it countersuit, encouraging others to divest, etc. Peter Z

Update on Zendran legal situation
This morning I met with the people from PERA about my case. From the interviews done with the members of the ppd I have filed complaints about in regards to the harassment I have recieved they keep trying to change their stories and try to justify their actions based on complaints, crank or other, filed about me. When I spoke with the investigator at PERA I was told the nature of the complaints and warrants, be they legitiamte or not, are not considered by PERA. Neither is the fact that I was found Not Guilty on the bogus charges. Neither is the political considerations such as the charges coinciding with my case in the US Supreme Court and the criminal actions of the bank towards me being considered as factors in my case. Essentially, the city of providence is caving in and it lookslike my complaint is being killed.Also when I last spoke with the FBI about my case I had been told that the file on me could not be found, though some of the agents congratulated me on my successful defense.Another incident of legal harassment I have experienced is that once again brown's administration is trying to ban me from the campus. This stems from my contacting brown's administration in regards to their dealing with the same bank which had embezzled my fortune. When I went to arrange a meeting with the provost on April 14 I was told I was banned from the campus. When I contacted browns public safety department about it that same day they tried to cite an invalid citation from 5 years ago and they tried to cite me again, and once again I refused to sign and acknoweledge the trespass by signing it and therefore give it any legitemacy. Nevertheless brown has threatened me with arrest, yet my many contacts at brown continue to invite me to events, including the Finkelstein event I attended last night. On this incident I will defend myself by any means necessary.One final piece of news, the aclu has refused to meet with me about my recent situation, be it in regards to further action from PERA or about the illegal actions by brown. Looks like they are showing their true colors.

Setting the facts straight about 1953
If there is one eventful year in Iranian history which people get confused about it is 1953. The names of Mossadeq, Mohammed Reza Shah, Fazlollah Zahedi and words like coup and cia are easily remembered and associated with that year. The problem is that many people get the names and facts out of context and confuse things. Here I shall put the facts into place.
In 1953 Iran’s Vizier Bozorg Mohammed Mossadeq overstepped his authority by allowing units of the Imperial Iranian Army to be placed under his control and had collaborated with the outlawed Tudeh party in an attempt to seize power in Iran. Members of the Iranian government, including members of the Imperial family, made covert requests to the American government for assistance. That assistance materialized in the form of $64,000, and 2 american agents led by Kermit Roosevelt that helped organize Iranian military and government forces loyal to Mohammed Reza Shah when Mossadeq attempted to seize absolute power in collaboration with the Tudeh in August 1953. As we all know Mossadeq failed in his attempt to grab power.
Why the misconceptions? The answer is a misunderstanding of that greatest of social evils called democracy. As Mossadeq’s office was translated as Prime Minister people often assumed he was a head of government as the British prime minister was, when in fact that was never the case. Because of this slip up people assumed that Mossadeq was a democratically elected head of state without ever reading Iran’s constitution. Had they ever read Iran’s constitution they would have learned differently. In order to begin clearing up these myths we need to ask the right questions and approach the conundrum of 1953 in the right manner.
First, we must ask ourselves if Mossadeq was the legitimate head of state. The answer to that question is no. Under the constitution Mohammed Reza Shah could remove the Vizier Bozorg form power for any reason and veto any decision passed by the Vizier Bozorg. When the Shahanshah as head of state has that kind of authority over the Vizier Bozorg the Vizier Bozorg is not the head of government as his decisions can be superseeded by the Shahanshah. The notion that Mossadeq was popularly elected is one that is incorrect. The 1952 election saw Mossadeq ally himself with the Tudeh, and the Tudeh began using riots and other forms of intimidation to get people to vote for Mossadeq, thus using intimidation to influence an election and destroying any legitimacy of the July 1952 election putting Mossadeq into power. Also as Mossadeq was a member of the Qajar dynasty he was barred from being head of state as voted by the Majlis on October 31, 1925. Therefore the idea that Mossadeq was a popularly elected head of state is false when one looks at the facts.
One other thing to consider if we are to take Iran’s constitution as law is to question if Iran’s constitution is a legal and binding document. The answer is no. Iran’s constitution of 1906 is not legitimate in the fact that it was created under duress. The bastis of 1905-6 who demonstrated demanding constitutional rule were using force and were backed by the british and Russians. The actions of the bastis caused major disruption in Iran to the point where the dying Muzaffar ed-Din Shah gave in to the demands of the bastis not out of concern for the welfare of Iran but out of fear for his own safety. As stated before when duress is applied to push through any law or to influence it that law becomes moot. A legitimate constitution, such as america’s, is one that is created freely by the population or it’s representatives, not coerced by foreign powers or doled out by the ruler of a nation.
One other concern is how people spread stories about SAVAK and the 1953 situation. When SAVAK is mentioned it is refered to as the dreaded secret police of Mohammed Reza Shah. Here are the facts. The creation of SAVAK was proposed in 1951 by Mossadeq as a way of building his power base, but Mohammed Reza Shah forbid Mossadeq to create SAVAK. Plans for SAVAK were revived after Mossadeq’s removal and advised by members of the American government, most prominently by H. Norman Schwarzkopf Sr. who assisted in the creation of SAVAK. The first commander of SAVAK, Teymour Bakhtiar, used SAVAK to consolidate his own power base until he was removed as commander of SAVAK. The instructors of SAVAK, be they cia, mi6, or mossad taught SAVAK agents methods of brutality and most dangerously to lie to their superior officers about their actions. In this way SAVAK became a menace which Mohammed Reza Shah had no real control over and which was ultimately disbanded in 1978.
Finally, we must ask ourselves why have these myths about 1953 been perpetuated? The answer is onw we do not want to hear but must if we are to progress. All too often we demand easy and pleasing answers to history. Often we demand this of situations that are not easily explained. Such is the case with Iran of 1953. In asking questions about Iran easy and quick answers are given, so easy and quick that facts are clipped and thus distorted. When this is done over a long period of time these distorted facts tend to be treated as fact, because people are so used to being spoon fed to them they do not want to spend time questioning what is presented to them as fact. As a result when someone comes along with a new impartial assessment it often tends to be ridiculed. Such is the situation when looking at the facts regarding the situation in Iran during 1953. If anything we must remember that in such situations ridicule only shows that those who ridicule us fear us because they know we are right and they have done wrong.
If we are to progress as a civilization we must banish those degenerate behaviors like believing well spun myths instead of facing hard facts. Let us have the courage to tell the truth about our history and not spin myths like those about 1953.

When the Shahanshah as head of state has that kind of authority over the Vizier Bozorg the Vizier Bozorg is not the head of government as his decisions can be superseeded by the Shahanshah. The notion that Mossadeq was popularly elected is one that is incorrect. The 1952 election saw Mossadeq ally himself with the Tudeh, and the Tudeh began using riots and other forms of intimidation to get people to vote for Mossadeq, thus using intimidation to influence an election and destroying any legitimacy of the July 1952 election putting Mossadeq into power. Also as Mossadeq was a member of the Qajar dynasty he was barred from being head of state as voted by the Majlis on October 31, 1925. Therefore the idea that Mossadeq was a popularly elected head of state is false when one looks at the facts.
One other thing to consider if we are to take Iran’s constitution as law is to question if Iran’s constitution is a legal and binding document. The answer is no. Iran’s constitution of 1906 is not legitimate in the fact that it was created under duress. The bastis of 1905-6 who demonstrated demanding constitutional rule were using force and were backed by the british and Russians. The actions of the bastis caused major disruption in Iran to the point where the dying Muzaffar ed-Din Shah gave in to the demands of the bastis not out of concern for the welfare of Iran but out of fear for his own safety. As stated before when duress is applied to push through any law or to influence it that law becomes moot. A legitimate constitution, such as america’s, is one that is created freely by the population or it’s representatives, not coerced by foreign powers or doled out by the ruler of a nation.
One other concern is how people spread stories about SAVAK and the 1953 situation. When SAVAK is mentioned it is refered to as the dreaded secret police of Mohammed Reza Shah. Here are the facts. The creation of SAVAK was proposed in 1951 by Mossadeq as a way of building his power base, but Mohammed Reza Shah forbid Mossadeq to create SAVAK. Plans for SAVAK were revived after Mossadeq’s removal and advised by members of the American government, most prominently by H. Norman Schwarzkopf Sr. who assisted in the creation of SAVAK. The first commander of SAVAK, Teymour Bakhtiar, used SAVAK to consolidate his own power base until he was removed as commander of SAVAK. The instructors of SAVAK, be they cia, mi6, or mossad taught SAVAK agents methods of brutality and most dangerously to lie to their superior officers about their actions. In this way SAVAK became a menace which Mohammed Reza Shah had no real control over and which was ultimately disbanded in 1978.
Finally, we must ask ourselves why have these myths about 1953 been perpetuated? The answer is onw we do not want to hear but must if we are to progress. All too often we demand easy and pleasing answers to history. Often we demand this of situations that are not easily explained. Such is the case with Iran of 1953. In asking questions about Iran easy and quick answers are given, so easy and quick that facts are clipped and thus distorted. When this is done over a long period of time these distorted facts tend to be treated as fact, because people are so used to being spoon fed to them they do not want to spend time questioning what is presented to them as fact. As a result when someone comes along with a new impartial assessment it often tends to be ridiculed. Such is the situation when looking at the facts regarding the situation in Iran during 1953. If anything we must remember that in such situations ridicule only shows that those who ridicule us fear us because they know we are right and they have done wrong.
If we are to progress as a civilization we must banish those degenerate behaviors like believing well spun myths instead of facing hard facts. Let us have the courage to tell the truth about our history and not spin myths like those about 1953.

War between Iran and america, ours to lose
In December 2004 I predicted in “2007, Time for War?” that if America is unable to invade Iran by the end of 2007 it never will. The incident in the Strait of Hormuz this January where Iranian PTÂ’s got within weapons range of 3 american warships, dropped boxes in the water nearby, and sped off before the American ships could get a weapons lock on them proves not only what I said those years ago is correct but that my work has influenced others.
At present Iran has been able to prevent invasion of it’s territory by building up it’s military/industrial complex to churn out the necessary military material needed to defend it’s territory. Iran begun mass production of Fighter Aircraft which have entered service in 2007 and has commissioned it’s first major surface warship, the Guided Missile Frigate Jamaran in 2007 and progress is commencing rapidly on a second unit of the class. Most prominently they are prevalent among Iranians living outside Iran, particularly Iranians of all walks of life in America, and by this prevalence giving credibility to every negative myth and stereotype that has been said about Iranians.
A good example is how the Iranian community in America has behaved since bush’s bullshit “war on terror.” There has never been any mass outcry or mass action by the Iranian community in america against the violations of rights of people in america, including our own, as the majority of Iranians in america of every background who speak out are only a handful and they are often ignored or marginalized by the Iranian community in america. At major demonstrations Iranians are a marginalized few and often discouraged at showing up at such events where the leaders pay lip service to being in solidarity with Iranians. Most disturbing, is that there are Iranians and Iranian groups who claim to act on behalf of Iranians often act in their own self interest.
A good example is the british based group called casmii. This group claims to be working to prevent war and sanctions against Iran. Having dealt with them before I know them only to be paying lip service while raking in profits for themselves. I have listened to casmii members speak and they have tended to be off on the facts, the same goes for some of their articles. They have even been disrespectful to members of the Iranian community at events, more focused on making money than on making connections with people who can be of use to them. Not to mention their information on military matters is very inaccurate. Overall, casmii is a useless action group that typifies what is wrong with the Iranian community.
Even worse are groups like the national council of resistance for Iran and the mko. The first group claims to be a government in exile but spends it’s time milking the American government for cash, spreading propaganda without getting into the facts about Iran, and encouraging acts of aggression against Iran by people who have had no real contact with Iran for years. The mko is just another terror group that was pissed because they were displaced during the revolution they helped to spark, and now is desperate to do anything to regain power, so desperate to regain power that it will collaborate with the American government. Then again, seeing how they have collaborated with countries like Iraq against Iran it is more than obvious they are not to be trusted and do not have our best interests at heart.
Let us not forget long time troublemakers, both groups and individuals who make things difficult for Iranians. A good example are many leftists, be they communist, socialist, liberal, anarchist, etc. who claim to act in solidarity with Iranians but actually cause more problems. Good examples are international answer and ufpj, who make Iranians from all walks of life, excluding those who spew the same brainwash as they do and keep silent and seen, unwelcome at their demos. As of late some of these groups are starting to change their attitudes, but this is largely occurring among the average rank and file members but the leadership at the top, sometimes government funded, still discriminates.
Most disturbing is that while the Iranian community in America often complains next to no action is taken usually because those Iranians who would rather do nothing for fear of any reprisals often win out with their arguments of taking no action fearing to risk everything. In addition groups like niac who would rather focus on legal dealings and lobbying rather than on taking physical action when necessary. Overall, your average Iranian in America and most western countries would rather spend their time watching soccer, listening to Andy and nazanian and other artists, and wasting their time and cash every third thrsday evening at their shabeh jendeh gatherings than on putting their time and effort into protecting themselves.
Every civilization that has suffered greatly does so because it is doing no constructive action in the face of a ruthless enemy. We have seen this during the 20th century this happen with the Nazi Holocaust, the Armenian massacres, the Rwanda/Burundi genocide, and groups like the South African Boers and Japanese in America have suffered displacement because of their origins. History repeats itself only because we allow it to. Let us do something to preserve our culture and civilization and be ready to act whenever we are threatened.

"Fallout" Reprecussions
"Fallout" Reprecussions
Since I published "Fallout from Dumb vs. Dumber" quite a bit has happened in terms of online satellite imaging services. Much of it has been good, much of it has been bad, but all the same Fallout has made an impact.
Within 3 days of publishing "Fallout" several locations mentioned there were updated on google/wiki maps. Most prominent were Wilhelmshaven and Eckernforde. Instead of showing recent images google/wiki had used the same imaged Microsoft used for those locations, the only difference being these images had a better high image resolution than on Microsoft. More on this image borrowing by servers later. One place that did show a recent image was Casablanca. Unlike the two German ports Casablanca's images were updated to show all 3 FFG's and most of Morocco's Navy in port. Within several weeks other locations were soon uncensored. The british navy base at Faslane was uncensored and there one will see 2 Vanguard class SSBN's and 2 Swiftsure class SSN's in port there. While Ningbo in China is still censored Zhoushan Island has stopped censoring. There one will see a Hangzhou class DDG, several Jinan class DDG's, Anqing and Changde class FFG's, and a large assortment of LS and PT Craft. In the case of Faslane the censoring was to conceal a strength that could be taken as weakness, for Zhoushan the reason was to conceal overwhelming strength.
One major update is that recently the Netherlands has ceased censoring it's Naval bases on MSN but not on google/wiki and on other servers, partly because of the outrageous behavior of people on wikimapia, discussed below, they do not want their places defamed. In viewing the main Naval base at Den Helder one will see the De Zeven Provincen and Tromp DDG's, a Walrus class SSK, 3 Karel Doorman class FFG's, and a small assortement of PT craft. Nearby at the Naval Museum one will see the 3 Museum ships Tonijin, Abraham Crijinssen, and Schorpien preserved. Ireland and Tunisia have also recently uncensored their bases at Cork and Bizerte respectively, Cork showing 5 of Ireland's 8 warships, Bizerte showing a few FF, PT, and LS. Overall, not strong forces, but still showing that the navies of the world pay attention to satellite imaging.
In viewing the Naval bases of the world I have noticed that the 3 major users of satellite imaging have a lot of manipulation and tend to be extremely selective in choosing which locations to update. This becomes clear when viewing Bremerton and Sydney on google/wiki maps. At Bremerton one will see an updated image where several Ohio class SSBN's are in port and the Ex CGN's South Carolina and Mississippi are being cut up for scrap, the latter 2 being somewhat blurry. Most noticeable is how the Ex SSN Triton is shown twice in Bremerton. At sydney one will see distorted images of australian navy ships in the harbor. Whether this is deliberate or accidental remains to be seen.
The images on MSN are another matter entirely. In viewing them one notices they are often copies of Yahoo images. Most striking is the image of Rio de Janeiro, where one will see the CV Minas Gerias at dock, when that ship is currently at Alang and has not been in service with the Brazilian navy since 2002. Also of interest are the images of the naval installations at Philadelphia, Bremerton, and San Diego. Philadelphia still has images of ships which have either been scrapped or sunk, as does Bremerton and San Diego. Other ports which show on MSN the same old Yahoo images are St. Petersburg, Shanghai, Qingdao, Goteborg, Karachi, Simons Town, Lima, Casablanca, Dubai. Busan shows the new Dodko LHD in port, but other than that MSN has not made serious updates to it's satellite images. This makes one wonder if there is some censorship going on. Of interest is how the Naval facilities shown on Yahoo at Bandar Abbas, Mumbai, Kolkata, Cherbourg, Brest, Surabaya, Oran, Algiers, Tripoli, Constanta, Ferrol, and Lisbon, to name a few, are not shown on MSN. Plus Yahoo now for whatever reason does not allow satellite images to be printed up, one possible reason for MSN's actions. Though MSN, by removing custom print options so people can't write down the content of their images on a print up of the image. If anything MSN and Yahoo each could stand to update their maps.

This is evident as Brest, Lorient, Cherbourg, Ferrol, Cartagena, Bergen, Karlskrona, Goteborg, Kotor, Tallinn, Liepaja, Klaipeda, Trabzon, Samsun, Souda, Gdynia still use old images. Russia has been updating most of it's bases, though Petropavlovsk-Kamchatisky and Sevastopol still use old images. China regularly updates it's Naval bases, however other Asian and pacific nations do not. Japan has not updated it's bases in well over a year, South Korea still censors Donghae and Ulsan and will not update it's other bases except for Busan. North Korea and Taiwan sporadically update their bases. Vitenam, Singapore, and The Philippines regularly update, while Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia do not. India regularly updates Mumbai, Kochi, and Kolkata yet Visakhapatnam, Goa, and Alang remain unupdated. Bangladesh regularly updates yey Pakistan and Sri Lanka do not regularly update their Naval bases. And finally australia updates but New zealand doesn't.

Many governments realize this, as well as many individual persons, and that is one reason for the Netherlands uncensorship on MSN but not on google/wiki. The same is somewhat true on google, though google's variants are more concealed. Such dependance on false information is self-destructive and it won't be long before wikimapia and wikimedia have to cave in to others to clean up their act. Considering the potential they have they abuse what they have they squander it by bashing others and wasting talent.

Today I learned some disturbing news. Some bigots on wikimapia have putup slanderous comments about Iranian Naval targets on wikimapia. Over ayear I have been on wikimapia removing false, racist, and slanderousinfo there, and yet I am harassed for my doing this. Only a day agothese freaks have blocked me from removing these false statements there,proving that wikimapia is run by racist bigots. Rehersal for invasion: Turkey and Pakistan?
Indirect attacks are often a form of direct attack, as the ultimate goal is the same. Looking at the recent situation in Iran , Turkey , and Pakistan through a larger perspective it becomes clear that America is focusing on Turkey and Pakistan to see how a potential conflict with Iran would play out.
All three countries have militaries which rank among the 10 most powerful in the World. Unlike Iraq, Afghanistan, Haiti, Georgia, Liberia those three have strong military/industrial bases which makes them strong enough to protect themselves. The differences are slight. Turkey, like Iran , is capable of manufacturing the necessary weapons to protect itself, i.e. Fighters, Warships, Tanks, though on a larger scale than Iran . Pakistan’s military/industrial complex is not as strong as the former two, yet their nuclear arsenal makes up for the current deficiencies for the time being. All three also have controversial segments that can be exploited by any country as a pretext to start a conflict.
In Turkey’s case the Kurds fill this role. The Kurds of Turkey have long been oppressed by Turkey’s government and conflict has been going on for years. When Turkey sent it’s forces into Northern Iraq in pursuit of Kurdish rebels America began threatening action against Turkey. In doing so America showed it’s hypocrisy. If it were threatening action in support of the Kurds this action is too late to help those Kurds who have lost much to the Turkish military, if it is in retaliation for moving it’s military into Iraq America must prove to the intentions of the Turkish military are hostile, and for America to invade another country for such reason after America sent it’s troops into Kashmir and Pakistan in pursuit of the Taliban is further hypocrisy.
Pakistan’s case is another matter. Here we have a country with many factions which can cause problems, such as at present. Over the past few years there has been growing discontent over how Pakistan’s government has sided in an unpopular conflict in Afghanistan with american forces who have used that conflict as an excuse to raid Kashmir and Pashtun lands in Pakistan. Recently this discontent has come to a head with the former Pakistani Prmie Minister Bhutto returning to Pakistan, partly at america ’s insistence. Though america claims to support Musharraf it is clear that the demands america makes only help those who dissent against Musharraf and create further instability.
Right now an unstable Pakistan is what america wants if it is to invade Iran. Not only does Pakistan occupy a strategic position but it has the military strength to resist an america invasion, much like Iran or Turkey. By creating a Pakistan that is embroiled in infighting between government factions that support America and a population that is fed up with the deprivations America has caused in the region America is removing one obstruction, for a strong Pakistan could be capable of standing alongside Iran, Russia, and the other nations involved in the SCO. Already China and India have been conducting joint naval operations in the Persian Gulf, even using piers at Mina Salman usually reserved for American warships, and in doing so showing that these countries can operate jointly. Pakistan has considered involvement in the SCO and the current situation would not only neutralize Pakistan as a military power but make other powers reconsider relations with Pakistan.

Fallout from "Dumb vs. Dumber"
Since I published “Dumb vs. Dumber” in May 2007 that article has made an influence around the World, even in some unexpected and misunderstood ways. The effects are noticeable in three main ways. In the fact that ordaniary people are now doing their research and drawing their own conclusions rather than believing everything they hear, that governments and militaries are uncensoring many of their naval bases, and that other satellite map servers and groups are beginning to use satellite mapping.
The first effect is usually a given, and the reactions of some people show that people can still draw wrong conclusions. Most important however is the fact that in “Dumb vs. Dumber” people now know where to look to obtain information while conducting satellite map searches. One reason for them being able to do this is thanks to easy mass dissemination through the internet. This has helped contribute to the second effect.
Thanks to my being able to send this around the World, including to people in positions of influence, many countries soon stopped uncensoring their naval bases, some total, some limited, which I will describe in detail here. Of the nations I mentioned who censored in May 2007 only 3, the Netherlands , Finland , and Brunei continue to censor. Here I will discuss those countries and bases which have been uncensored.
Arguably the most important nation to stop censoring it’s naval facilities is Israel . When one views Israel ’s naval hq at Haifa the reason for censorship becomes clear. Not only does one get a fuzzy picture, but one will see one Eliat class FFG, 2 Dolphin class SSK’s, and 4 Saar class PT’s. While representing half of Israel ’s naval strike force this force is adequate only for Coast defense and Limited offensive operations, in other words relatively weak in comparison to Israel ’s land and air forces, which have a reputation for toughness. Such a force can easily be overwhelmed by Egypt , and Turkey , which recently stopped censoring it’s naval facilities.
The Golcuk naval base at Izmit, whre most of Turkey ’s Navy is based, one will see 10 FFG’s, 7 SSK’s, one FF, and several LS and PT craft based there. Unquestionably this is a formidable force and based in a strategic location where maximum damage could be inflicted. Looking north one will see the DD Gayret and the SSK Hizireis in Izmit as Museum Ships. This is in addition to the numerous LS and PT craft one will find scattered throughout Izmit. At Aksaz on the Mediterranean one will see 4 SSK’s and numerous PT craft based there. At Canakkale on the Mediterranean entrance to the straits separating Europe and Asia one will see a few PT craft there. While not maintained as Golcuk is these bases can provide support for Turkish forces. Unlike Israel , which censored to conceal weakness, Turkey censored to conceal strength.
One other Middle Eastern nation which stopped censoring is Oman . At Oman’s main Naval base at as-Suwayq one will regularly see the 2 Al Qahir class FF and an assortment of LS and PT craft, comprising only a coast defense force with limited support capability. Oman ’s other bases at Salalah and Hasab confirm this, where one will occasionally see a naval vessel there. As israel , Oman had censored to conceal weakness.
Two nations that censored to conceal strength were Denmark and Sweden . Of the two Denmark has done a total uncensorship, while Sweden partial. Despite major censorship what is visible of the Swedish Navy shows excellent technology. At Musko and Berga one will see a Goteborg class FF and the HMS Visborg LS underway, as well as a Goteborg class FF and numerous PT’s in port. Though not a whole view these ships are well armed and well built to match most naval vessels afloat. Like Denmark , Swedish censorship was to conceal strength, we may yet see further loosening of Swedish censorship.

These ships are good for coast defense but not for offensive purposes. The same is apparent at Manzanillo. Veracruz has 2 Allende class FF’s and a few PT craft. At Mazatlan one will see a lone FF and a few PT’s. Overall, Mexico ’s navy is one that is strong defensively, but limited offensively.

The weaponry of all appears in good order and if anyone questions the readiness of those ships they should remember the effort on the Aradu. At Atiya, recently uncensored views of the Navy base there shows the new FFG Drazki, the Mulniya FF, the Sirius, Antares, and other LS, and several PT craft. Overall, a strong defensive force in flux as a joint operations and offensive force.

Ningbo also stopped censoring part of it’s base and one now sees several Chinese SSK’s stationed there, formidable for defense or offense. Busan, though people can view South Korean FFG’s docked there, still censors the shipyards where new warships of the South Korean navy are built.
I will not go into detail into the locations which have chosen to update satellite images, such as Toulon updating images to allow people to see the CVN Charles de Gaulle, Norfolk updating to let people see the Harry S. Truman and George Washington CVN’s docked there, or India updating Mumbai to show the new INS Kolkata DDG in service and a second unit under construction, or the Swedish built SSK’s Singapore has in port. One thing I have learned is that different satellite services have now been showing images of areas that have been censored by others.
In researching “Dumb vs. Dumber” my main tool was wikimapia, which is a google satellite map overlayed with wiki tags linking up to wikipedia pages. There were several reasons for using wikimapia. One, it is easier to go to different locations because of the tags. Second, the top of the page tells you where you are, unlike google which keeps the name of the place you search. Third, it is easier to print up a clearer image from a wikimapia page than on a google page, as google does not allow satellite images to be in a printable format and direct print images are not too clear. There is a major downside, as wikimapia is run by a nerd racket of a few members which tend to put up slanderous, defamatory, and false information about places and people, myself included. Not only did the owners tolerate this but they even censored me from defending myself against these attacks. In other words, the quality of the information on wikimapia is questionable as they control and they take advantage of the pluses their system has, i.e. the conveniance of ready information, and concealing the problems from people, i.e. that information not being correct and accurate and not allowing independent opinions. Nevertheless, I soon found that some services like Microsoft Windows live and Yahoo Maps showed places that were not available on a google/wiki satellite map.
The most notable was Wilhelmshaven. When viewing it I noticed 4 German DDG’s, several Bremen class FFG’s, a Type 212 class and 2 Type 206 class SSK’s, and numerous LS and PT craft based there. This comprises Germany’s best warships and is a very strong offensive and defensive force. At Eckernforde, north of Wilhelmshaven one will see a Bremen class FFG, a Type 212 class and 3 Type 206 class SSK’s, and a few PT craft. Though not as large as Wilhelmshaven Eckernforde posses many impressive Naval vessels which comprise a strong offensive and defensive force. Most notably these ships are not visible on google, yet they are visible on Microsoft.
In viewing other locations not much is different than in google, the only difference is that most targets in America, Britain, Canada, Australia, Italy are visible, many countries like Russia, Thailand, Egypt, Singapore, Turkey have only one location visible, while other countries locations are not visible. One other place of note is Odessa. There, one will view several Ukranian PT Craft not visible on google/wikimapia What can be seen at these locations often is different than what is seen on google. Microsoft is clearly in the early stages of developing satellite map imaging, nevertheless they provide another independent and objective view of locations.
Another provider that has satellite images is Yahoo. Though they are limited like Microsoft they do have 2 targets of interest. In Goteborg, Sweden, and Horten, Norway one has an excellent view of the Naval facilities in those countries, including the ships preserved as museums. Other points of interest are many. One of them is at Casablanca, where one will see a NATO naval squadron led by the German DDG Mecklenburg-Vormpen. At Rio de Janiero one will see the old Brazilian CV Minas Gerias along with many Brazilian naval vessels. Karachi shows more Pakistani naval vessels, Ferrol, Mumbai and Simonstown less, and a better image of the French SSBN’s at Cherbourg. Other than that, Yahoo has the same targets as Microsoft. One other problem is the printing, as with google the images are too small.
Overall, there are more resources than most people realize to judge the strengths of the World’s navies. It is how we use them and continue to use them, either for free information dissemination or to censor info as many print sources have done in the past. After all, such resources must not be wasted or fall prey to some nerd racket. The choice is ours.

I will not go into detail into the locations which have chosen to update satellite images, such as Toulon updating images to allow people to see the CVN Charles de Gaulle, Norfolk updating to let people see the Harry S. Truman and George Washington CVN’s docked there, or India updating Mumbai to show the new INS Kolkata DDG in service and a second unit under construction, or the Swedish built SSK’s Singapore has in port. One thing I have learned is that different satellite services have now been showing images of areas that have been censored by others.
In researching “Dumb vs. Dumber” my main tool was wikimapia, which is a google satellite map overlayed with wiki tags linking up to wikipedia pages. There were several reasons for using wikimapia. One, it is easier to go to different locations because of the tags. Second, the top of the page tells you where you are, unlike google which keeps the name of the place you search. Third, it is easier to print up a clearer image from a wikimapia page than on a google page, as google does not allow satellite images to be in a printable format and direct print images are not too clear. There is a major downside, as wikimapia is run by a nerd racket of a few members which tend to put up slanderous, defamatory, and false information about places and people, myself included. Not only did the owners tolerate this but they even censored me from defending myself against these attacks. In other words, the quality of the information on wikimapia is questionable as they control and they take advantage of the pluses their system has, i.e. the conveniance of ready information, and concealing the problems from people, i.e. that information not being correct and accurate and not allowing independent opinions. Nevertheless, I soon found that some services like Microsoft Windows live and Yahoo Maps showed places that were not available on a google/wiki satellite map.
The most notable was Wilhelmshaven. When viewing it I noticed 4 German DDG’s, several Bremen class FFG’s, a Type 212 class and 2 Type 206 class SSK’s, and numerous LS and PT craft based there. This comprises Germany’s best warships and is a very strong offensive and defensive force. At Eckernforde, north of Wilhelmshaven one will see a Bremen class FFG, a Type 212 class and 3 Type 206 class SSK’s, and a few PT craft. Though not as large as Wilhelmshaven Eckernforde posses many impressive Naval vessels which comprise a strong offensive and defensive force. Most notably these ships are not visible on google, yet they are visible on Microsoft.
In viewing other locations not much is different than in google, the only difference is that most targets in America, Britain, Canada, Australia, Italy are visible, many countries like Russia, Thailand, Egypt, Singapore, Turkey have only one location visible, while other countries locations are not visible. One other place of note is Odessa. There, one will view several Ukranian PT Craft not visible on google/wikimapia What can be seen at these locations often is different than what is seen on google. Microsoft is clearly in the early stages of developing satellite map imaging, nevertheless they provide another independent and objective view of locations.
Another provider that has satellite images is Yahoo. Though they are limited like Microsoft they do have 2 targets of interest. In Goteborg, Sweden, and Horten, Norway one has an excellent view of the Naval facilities in those countries, including the ships preserved as museums. Other points of interest are many. One of them is at Casablanca, where one will see a NATO naval squadron led by the German DDG Mecklenburg-Vormpen. At Rio de Janiero one will see the old Brazilian CV Minas Gerias along with many Brazilian naval vessels. Karachi shows more Pakistani naval vessels, Ferrol, Mumbai and Simonstown less, and a better image of the French SSBN’s at Cherbourg. Other than that, Yahoo has the same targets as Microsoft. One other problem is the printing, as with google the images are too small.
Overall, there are more resources than most people realize to judge the strengths of the World’s navies. It is how we use them and continue to use them, either for free information dissemination or to censor info as many print sources have done in the past. After all, such resources must not be wasted or fall prey to some nerd racket. The choice is ours.

So far noory has not tried to further lock horns with me on the issue of Iran, and is up to hs usual dirty tricks with his screener. Judge for yourself how full of it and what a bigoted propagandist he is.
Those who fled were those supporters of Mohammed Reza Shah who feared
for their safety, or those who were effected by the revolution. Many of
those who have fled have since returned and have been welcomed back
without incident.

Zendran trial update
Today I appeared in front of Judge Pfeiffer. My case was called, and after hearing the state's arguments and reviewing my Motion for Judgment of Acquittal Judge Pfeiffer agreed to backdate the case until October 2.

Zendran trial update
I just came from court this morning. My Motion to Dismiss was heard bymagistrate judge keough. My Motion was denied on the grounds I hadfiled it under the wrong rule. A pretrial conference is scheduled forJuly 5 before Judge Pfeiffer.

Zendran case update
Today I appeared in Magistrate Judge Keough's court. The state had accepted all the evidence I had filed, including evidence that the bank had caused emotional trauma by embezzling my trust money and evidence from my providence municipal court case and my federal lawsuit, and closed Discovery. The Motion to Dismiss I had filed on friday was also brought up but the state wanted time for a hearing on the matter. A hearing date has been set for June 26. I will keep updates as they happen, this is the critical point.

Princess Leila; The case for her murder.
Looking back on her death some six years later it becomes even more clearer that she was murdered. When I and those who had contact with her first said that she did not commit suicide and that she was murdered some were not so sure about what we were saying. Since her death much facts have come out to vindicate us, and even those who had a suspicious hand in her death and who have tried to cover their tracks are only showing that they had some sinister role in her death.
My own involvement in her death is easily recounted, and has been done so before. In brief, Princess Leila had been shown a preview of an article I had written about how her father’s death was medical murder, not cancer. She had her friend notify me that she was planning to travel to Rhode Island and the surrounding states to contact me. Within hours of her having that message sent to me she was dead.
To see what the mainstream media said about her death is to see mindless slag. All mainstream media sources said she had died of a drug overdose in her Hotel room. The first suspicious omission was that they did not mention which drug she supposedly overdosed on. If her death had been ruled a suicide there would have been no harm in releasing that information, but the type of drug she supposedly overdosed on was not disclosed for at least five years. According to the report the drugs she supposedly overdosed on were quinalbarbitone and cocaine. The report claimed she had normally taken the former drug in doses which were 20 times the safe dosage. If this were true she would not have been able to have traveled from Paris to London two days before her death. Had she been a cocaine user there would have been some police records of her activities in obtaining that drug, as it is a controlled substance, and so far none have yet to surface. Also the coroner’s report stated the cocaine was of a non-lethal dosage, not understanding the introduction of a narcotic that is unfamiliar to someone’s body can have potentially hazardous consequences. How this could have been ignored is anyone’s guess, but that this medical nonsense was passed for truth shows someone probably wanted a quick fix done.
More telling were reports from Iranian and independent media sources. One account from an Iranian media source stated that a picture of her father was found under her pillow. This fact seems unlikely, as if she had left it there before she arrived in London the picture might have been removed by the hotel staff. If she had placed it then why wasn’t it damaged by her? Another version is that she was found by her doctor with a phone cord wrapped around her neck. This story is more compelling when we learn of other factors.
The first is that she had notified some of her contacts at Brown University, which she had attended, as well as some of her friends in Paris, that she would be traveling to the area. Her doing this was as a precaution, in case something were to happen to her that someone would know to look for her. Some people who knew her had known, either first hand or indirectly, that some of the officials in RI had been less than kind to her during her visits, even calling her a “mental patient” to her face. She knew that traveling to the southeastern New England region could be troublesome. If she were suicidal she would not have notified her friends and contacts of her travel plans for safety reasons.
The second factor is how her family had reacted in the days leading to her death. Most compelling that foul play was involved comes from her own mother’s memoirs which describe her interaction with Leila in the days leading to her death. When Farah had called Leila on June 8, 2001 Leila had insisted that her mother not to contact her in London, which is consistent with her reaction to seeing the article her friend had shown her which is mentioned above. When Farah called one of Leila’s doctors the doctor uncharacteristically suggested that Farah leave Leila alone. Whether this was said out of concern or of a sinister motive is anyone’s guess. What happened two days later makes this look sinister. Farah arrived in London to check up on Leila, arriving at her hotel. There she somehow persuaded the hotel staff to send a doctor to Leila’s room, despite the fact that Leila had left implicit instructions not to allow anyone to see her, even her mother. The doctor was in Leila’s hotel room for 10 minutes before he announced that Leila was dead. That the doctor took so long is suspicious in itself. If she was dead when the doctor entered the room then the doctor should have immediately notified the hotel staff. If she was in critical condition or required immediate treatment the doctor should have notified the hotel staff immediately to call rescue. But this was not done and leaves suspicion that some foul play may have been involved.
The 10 minutes that elapsed between the doctor entering her room and announcing her death would have given plenty of time for the doctor to murder Leila. This certainly would give credibility to the phone cord wrapped around her neck story, and would explain the inconsistencies mentioned above from different sources. Plus that day she was murdered most of London’s police forces were busy providing protection for the 80th birthday celebrations of Prince Phillip, meaning if a successful criminal was to act quick and slick they could pull off their crime with the police too busy elsewhere to respond. That she was murdered is definite. The motive for her murder must be established.
Like many Royal families the Pahlavis were privately dysfunctional. This included the background of Reza’s parentage, the doctor influenced heath problems Mohammed Reza Shah and Soraya experienced, the Zahedi marriage, etc. which Leila may have been aware of. Leila may have been aware that she was taking a big risk in heading over to America to contact me, after I had published that article about her father being killed by the doctors who operated on him in Egypt deliberately damaging his liver which caused him to die a lingering death. That this article was written by a descendant of past Shahanshahs of Iran would have given greater credibility to the article. As someone who felt distress about what had happened in 1979 Leila would have wanted to contact me about this, and she may have assumed her friends and family would have wanted to as well, though the latter may not have necessarily agreed. At the time I wrote that article I was a virtual unknown in the media and in academia, not making contact with her friends at Brown until some months after her murder. Her family had lived near mine briefly in Greenwich, CT, but only briefly. Despite being the ruling family of Iran the Pahlavis felt somewhat fake in the terms of being actual Royals. The descendants of Reza Shah’s last two wives were excluded from positions of power as they were Qajars. Ardeshir Zahedi, a descendant of the Zand and Safavid Shahanshahs, the latter being related to the Glucksburg and Habsburg houses of Europe, had married Mohammed Reza Shah’s youngest daughter but divorced after the marriage had produced no sons. Soraya, Mohammed Reza Shah’s second wife, was a member of the Bakhtiar tribe, which had controlled southern Iran for centuries. Farah herself was a descendant of the prophet Muhammad. When Leila saw the article I had written and seen it was written by an Iranian with a Royal heritage and saw it was something that had the guts to expose the truth about how Iran had been victimized, it stirred her to action. This may have disturbed members of her family, especially as Farah and Reza had close ties to the CIA and other black op organizations, who would be threatened if Leila were to expose them

Zendran case major update
Today I appeared in RI superior court. After my case was called inJudge Pfeiffer's court and he reviewed my case he said on the subject ofmy Discovery update and Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis that he hadto send my case to magistrate judge keough, as Pfeiffer wanted to hearPreTrials. When my case was brough before keough he was hesitant togrant my request to continue Discovery but when I explained I neededtime to copy and present documents and organize evidence, as I had onlyrecieved the state's Discovery packet the preceeding tuesday and onlyrecently had the means to copy evidence he gave me a 1 week continuanceto comply. On the In Forma Pauperis matter I explained it was for asubopena for new evidence. Nevertheless, he denied it after I arguedthat it was necessary. I have filed an appeal with the RI Supreme Courton thie In Forma Pauperis matter. As of now my next court date is June11.
