Update on court situation

I left court earlier today. I am to return in three weeks.
The court saw my recent medical records and noted there are holes in the medical info, which is also why they refused a request for a commitment attempt by the riag's office. If they want to try to go that far it shows how desperate the state is.

Update on court situation

Once I appeared I learned that under a new law my probation violation was reinstated, and the prosecutor requested that the terms of my current probation be increased. The judge noted that what I was accused of was non-violent and that nobody had been hurt, as in previous charges, and that I was recently being treated for a serious physical ailment, prolonged dehydration, and that the recent skyrocket in charges after the January 2015 court order by hastings for treatment based on lies and for something I did not have, and the judge released me on recognizance. I am to return for a status conference on wednesday.
The judge and prosecutor also noted that I had been complaining about the troublemakers at the westerly library for years, and that I gave oral testimony and will give written testimony for the state of Connecticut regarding my successful treatment by L and M doctors and the medical fuckups I have experienced and continue to experience in rhode island.

Recent fallout on new Zendran charges in westerly

Zendran criminalized in old neighborhood for self defense

This past friday afternoon after finishing my beach workout in westerly, someone hit me from behind with a dvd case when I was on a library computer. When I pushed that person away from me we were both asked to leave.
Minutes after I left and was about to enter an art gallery I was swarmed by 5 westerly pigs. I explained that I acted derfensively, mainly because of recent health issues, they said they needed to bring me to the station to sort the issue out and decide what charges would be brought.
Once there they noticed that I had trouble walking and speaking, as my earlier beach excercise had aggravated leg injuries nad dehydration issues I had, and as they were able to confirm from my doctors and the emt's that they had treated me for those issues I was placed in a medical observation cell. When taking an inventory of my property they noticed damage to my cell phone, and when checkinig it noticed the numerous calls I recieved from the providence pd in regards to the theft/vandalism issues related to my storage unit.
After being kept in observation overnight, not being allowed to pray or make a phone call but having emt's on standby because of my dehydrated state, they notified me that I was facing a disorderly conduct charge, however because of my health and recent assistance to law enforcement my probation would not be violated, and I was released and westerly pd gave me a ride to my friends place near tribal land.
I have fought off attackers before in self defense, and my family has maintained a presence in the region since Peter I first bought property in Shelter Harbor in 1965, however recently some in westerly have taken issue with my
1. Calling out the #-dstrong movement as a fraud
2. Calling out the chamber of commerce for raising money for violent criminals and for backing ugly lymie royce's scam develpment projects

On the mysterious death of Cool Moose Bob Healey

Zendran criminalized again for medical issues

On March 15 I was in Middletown near the base when I had a bad reaction to some street people with bad odor that I began coughing. When one of the bums complained I told him to deal with it, and he told me to meet him outside. When I stepped outside and told him to come meet me outside he called 911, and the middletown pigs claimed I threatened to kill him and arrested me for disorderly conduct, even ignoring the fact I had papers on me from Backus hospital demonstrating that I had recently been treated for a respiratory condition. Once at the station they not only refused to allow me to pray, claiming my matches were excessive tobacco paraphernalia, they stole $20, my tie, and claimed I was an out of control vigilantie.
When I was brought to court the next day the riag violated the sentence I was on for beating up that arsonist and judge hastings refused my request to enter no plea as I noted I had no defense counsel. Once brought to the aci the RI Sherrifs made sure all my personal property was sent to my place, however I was placed in isolation once blood was noticed all over my socks, and I remained on isolation after some pigs harassed me for being Zoroastrian, where I threw urine at those pigs then jammed my cell door when they attempted to mace me. On March 22 hastings gave me six months straight probation without suspended time with 30 days to serve on the violation. I remained in isolation until being released yesterday.
It should be noted that not only was I persecuted because of my religion and ethnicity, but because of an everyday medical issue people experience. Additionally, at the time I had been confronting trita parsi and niac over their attempts to secularize and americanize NoRuz, and had been confronting the Jordanians, Egyptians, and UAE over their involvement in the North Thunder military operation, and I had been confronting the provaceturs involved in the presidential riots. Recent health oddness

Recently I had to receive hospital treatment within a 24 hour period, the first Tuesday afternoon when I complained of shortness of breath at L and M Westerly, who refereed me to a doctor who gave me an antibiotic prescription for a common sore throat. However, when I went to get that prescription an hour later I had trouble standing up for an hour.
The next morning after relaxing with friends at a CT casino I had trouble standing and shortness of breath that the casino staff had to call an ambulance. When the EMT's arrived the noticed my temperature was 104 and ignored my request to be brought to L and M New London and brought me to Backus in Norwich. There the doctors and staff spent four hours running tests on me., before diagnosing me with URI after an initial flu diagnosis.
I thought it was a joke, however they explained the multi-meaning of URI as Unknown Respiratory Infection as the noticed many people who have had recent and frequent contact with the university with the same acronym were noticing odd respiratory problems, and the label a form of bringing people's attention to this issue.
Apparently I was more than correct in my actions in November, as the bad hygiene/manners of students at u retardia are a health hazard to many.
Additionally I learned that the bad reaction I had following an armenian genocide event at alma on February 19, 2015 was not the result of a bad reaction to beer as the doctors at st. elizabeth's initially thought. The doctor I saw this past week noted that after recent experiences in which I had drank only one beer I did not have any adverse reactions. Instead, the most likely possibility was food poisoning, and as that event was co-sponsored by berge zobian, who's associates have spiked drinks on me and others before, that is very probable it occurred. Truth rising over intimidation and incompetence in the name of political correctness.

Recent pig oddness

Early this morning while getting some food in South Kingstown, RI I noticed a uri pd vehicle acting strange, as it was five miles away from campus near the Wakefield Mall. As I got closer to the vehicle which was well out of it's jurisdiction it drop e towards me, and as I took those photos it drove away.

Considering that it was one degree Fahrenheit outside, and that the uri pd could have obtained anything on or close to campus without going to the Wakefield Mall, and that this has coincided with an off duty pig who drives a gray suv with RI plate number 4591 who has been stalking me, this action certainly appears to be staking by u retardia.

Additionally the fraternal order of pigs website is down, around the same time I have been on the receiving end of harassment from various donut fuckers with badges.

I should not have to repeat how their persecution of people from Central and Western Asia, which sparked my smashing up providence city hall, which pfd members pat beardley and tom miller responded too, and the actions of beardley and miller as wel as the providence pigs sparked Tamerlan Tsarnayev's actions. Their participation in this latest boston marathon is a slap in the face to everyone from Central and Western Asia and all who experienced police brutality, and is why many feel that ‪#‎policelivesDONTmatter‬. I encourage people to picket the upcoming boston marathon these pigs will be in to protest police brutality and to obtain justice for the Tsarnayevs and their associates.

Here are prima facie examples of crooked organizations who have used the #dstrong fad as a publicity stunt to distract people away from their misdeeds.

I wonder how many people realize lifespan, who has provided less than stellar treatment to dorain murray, has experimented on children at it’s hasbro and bradley facilities, many of those children can be found wandering the streets or held in some state facility, be it prison, dcyf, or the state hospital. 

Speaking of prisons I wonder how many people realize how the ri state police have arrested people in hospitals and doctors offices while receiving essential medical treatment?  I wonder if they’ll mention how L&M, who could have given dorian murray treatment or referred him to proper treatment at the facility in the town where he lives, recently dropped the practice formerly run by dr ledbetter, who gave preferential treatment to ri state police members but less than stellar treatment to victims of police brutality, from their referral list.

I wonder how many people realize that uri does not only provide proper medical training to many of it’s students working in the medical field, mostly in rhode island, but that their police department, along with the dpt in south kingstown, condone the beatings of people while handcuffed in hospitals?

 

I wonder how many people realize how brown university has families who have to get to the meal site and food pantry at st. stephens church, which is surrounded entirely by brown university property, arrested for trespassing simply for cutting across campus to get to st. stephens simply to feed themselves?

Lastly, how many people realize how many families have been impoverished by washington trust refusing to pay them money that is rightfully theirs?  All one has to do is look at the dozens of lawsuits pending in ri superior court and the people who regularly patronize the warm and mash shelters because of washington trust.

The pig who beat me when handcuffed to a hospital bed has been identified as mike mccabe of 21 Arbor Way North Kingstown, RI.  He was the one who began beating me once handcuffed, even when in the hospital bed, and his report of the incident was inconsistent with the other officers reports and with the injuries I sustained.

I was at Chariho Middle School during the four months sippy was active principal there, his last principal job before being offered a Superintendent job in Connecticut, even the Gym teachers were terrified of him and many students there, myself included experienced legal problems for the first time because of sippy.  Policies enacted by him cause students to behave either extremely docile or extremely psychotic.

My police/military gear missing/defaced in Watertown

Last night I was at my cousin's house in Watertown taking inventory of what I retrieved from my Elm. St. apt. there. When examining the items I noticed my Sgt. Steve Shaw Providence Police shirt was missing, and my USS John F Kennedy CV-67 Admiral's cap had been vandalized. While it is possible my cousin Ali might have done it, it is more likely that jim dellville, who owned the building where I rented the apt. or harold physic, the Watertown PD member who patroled that area and who made every excuse not to take action over delville's actions, might be the ones responsible.  Additionally, they may be choosing not to treat this as a pressing matter because of my association with Tamerlan Tsarnaev, however whoever took this gear may use it to do something illegal while masquerading as law enforcement.

Zendran experiences police brutality

On the night of Friday November 13, 2015 I was on a bus in Kingston, RI which picked up a capacity crowd of unruly college students at uri, some of who began leaving their trash on my lap. When I pushed their trash off my lap they complained to the driver who stopped the bus and called the cops. When both the south kingstown and uri police arrived they asked me to step of the bus one of the uri pi...gs handcuffed me without explanation and threw me up against his car. I was taken to one of their stations where three of the uri pigs threw me up against the wall handcuffed and beat me as they ransacked my pockets. When they uncuffed me and left me in the cell they complained as I still had one match on me which I lit to say a prayer. Hours later as a result of their actions I experienced serious chest pain and a narcoleptic attack, and I had to be transported to south county hospital. While there the emergency room doctor chose to ignore the instructions of my doctors at L and M not to drug me, stating " information from emergency room doctors would not be used, and he had me handcuffed to the bed, and when I tried to force the needle out of me I was beaten while handcuffed to the hospital bed with the uri and south kingstown pigs claiming I was resisting despite the fact they igonred instructions from my own doctors who they spoke with. They brought me back to the cell they took me from, and in the morning j patrick o'neill informed me I was facing several counts of assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest, and that my sentence for beating up the arsonist in April was being violated. They transported me to the aci, where they attempted to inventory my property as uri had not done that, and they had me sent to the prison hospital after noticing the condition of my left foot, and noticing marks on my body which could not be explained had me put on medical observation the entire time I was held, eaning not only could I not pray I could not make phone calls even to lawyers.
When the courts learned about my medical conditions contradidcting the charges I was accused of I was released on December 2, and the violation I was held on continued.
That this was done by the uri and south kingstown pigs shows not only are they cursed by god, but have no regard for due process and are a band of thugs who deserve whatever they get.
I am even meeting with my doctors about the unexplained injuries from being beaten while handcuffed to the hospital bed,and am working with lawyers to retrieve my missing property.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 20, 2015 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) Ships and associated equipment, parts and logistical support for an estimated cost of $11.25 billion. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on October 19, 2015.
The Government of Saudi Arabia has requested a naval modernization program to include the sale of Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) ships and program office support. The Multi-Mission Surface Combatant program will consist of:

Four (4) MMSC ships (a derivative of the Freedom Variant of the U.S. Navy Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Class) that incorporate five (5) COMBATSS-21 Combat Management Systems (four (4) installed, one (1) spare) with five (5) TRS-4D Radars (four (4) installed, one (1) spare)

Five (5) Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) (Mode 4- and Mode 5-capable) UPX-29 (four (4) installed, one (1) spare)

Five (5) Compact Low Frequency Active Passive Variable Depth Sonar (four (4) installed, one (1) spare)

Eight (8) MK-41 Vertical Launch Systems (VLS) (two (2) eight-cell assemblies per ship for 16 cells per hull)

Five-hundred thirty-two (532) tactical RIM-162 Evolved Sea Sparrow Missiles (ESSM) (one hundred twenty-eight (128) installed, twenty (20) test and training rounds, three hundred eighty-four (384) spares)

Five (5) AN/SWG-l (V) Harpoon Ship Command Launch Control Systems (four (4) installed (one (1) per ship), one (1) spare)

Eight (8) Harpoon Shipboard Launchers (two (2) installed four-tube assemblies per ship)

Forty-eight (48) RGM-84 Harpoon Block II Missiles (thirty-two (32) installed, sixteen (16) test and training rounds)

Five (5) MK-15 Mod 31 SeaRAM Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) (four (4) installed, one (1) spare)

One-hundred eighty-eight (188) RIM 116C Block II Rolling Airframe Missiles (RAM) (forty-four (44) installed, twelve (12) test and training rounds, one hundred thirty-two (132) spares)

Five (5) MK-75 76mm OTO Melara Gun Systems (four (4) installed, one (1) spare)

Forty-eight (48) 50-caliber machine guns (forty (40) installed (ten (10) per ship), eight (8) spares); ordnance; and Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) Global Positioning System/Precise Positioning Service (GPS/PPS) navigation equipment

Also included in this sale in support of the MMSC are: study, design and construction of operations; support and training facilities; spare and repair parts; support and test equipment; communications equipment employing Link 16 equipment; Fire Control System/Ceros 200 Sensor and Illuminator; 20mm Narwhal Gun; Nixie AN/SLQ-25A Surface Ship Torpedo Defense System; MK-32 Surface Vessel Torpedo Tubes; WBR-2000 Electronic Support Measure and Threat Warning System; Automatic Launch of Expendables (ALEX) Chaff and Decoy-Launching System; ARC-210 Radios; Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS); Automated Digital Network System; publications and technical documentation; personnel training and training equipment; U.S. Government and contractor engineering, technical and logistics support services; and other related elements of logistical and program support.
In addition, this case will provide overarching program office support for the SNEP II to include: U.S. Government and contractor engineering, technical and logistics support, and other related elements of program support to meet necessities for program execution. The estimated value of MDE is $4.3 billion. The total estimated cost is $11.25 billion.
This proposed sale will contribute to the foreign policy and national security goals of the United States by helping to improve the security of a strategic regional partner, which has been, and continues to be, an important force for political stability and economic progress in the Middle East. This acquisition will enhance the stability and maritime security in the sea areas around the Arabian Peninsula and support strategic objectives of the United States.
The proposed sale will provide Saudi Arabia with an increased ability to meet current and future maritime threats from enemy weapon systems. The Multi-Mission Surface Combatant ships will provide protection-in-depth for critical industrial infrastructure and for the sea lines of communication. Saudi Arabia will use the enhanced capability to keep pace with the rapid advances in technology and to remain a viable U.S. coalition partner in the region.
The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in the region.
The principal contractor for the Multi-Mission Surface Combatant will be Lockheed Martin Corporation of Bethesda, Maryland. There are no known offset agreements in connection with this potential sale.
Implementation of this proposed sale will require the assignment of additional U.S. Government and/or contractor representatives to Saudi Arabia.
There will be no adverse impact on U.S. defense readiness as a result of this proposed sale.

Just as menacing are the french warship deals.  Already france has sold a FREMM DDG to egypt, has  made a joint construction contract with the egyptians for four Gowind class FFG's, but the real menace are the two Mistral class Amphibious Assault carriers built jointly with and for Russia the cocksucking french seized in order to interfere in Russian affairs over the Crimea and which are now being given to egypt.  The egyptian navy can only maintain one of those carriers in port at a time, meaning it will have to spend a lot of money, or sell one, possibly to the saudis who have loaned egypt money for the purchase and who are expanding the Jiddah naval base

DCNS will deliver two MISTRAL-class projection and command ships (BPCs) to the Egyptian Navy

On 10 October, DCNS signed a contract with the Ministry of Defence of the Arab Republic of Egypt for the supply of two MISTRAL-class projection and command ships (BPCs). After the delivery of a FREMM frigate and the construction of four GOWIND^® 2500 corvettes, currently on-going, this agreement strengthens the strategic relations with the Egyptian Navy, initiated by the Group in 2014. By 2020, the Egyptian Navy will deploy a fleet of at least seven combat ships designed and built by DCNS.

Hervé Guillou, Chairman and CEO of DCNS announced that: “After the contracts for the supply of four GOWIND® corvettes and a FREMM frigate, we are proud that the Egyptian Navy continues to place its trust in us today by signing a contract for the delivery of two MISTRAL-class BPCs. With 7 combat ships already ordered to date and a latest-generation frigate already in operation in the Egyptian Navy, DCNS is thus participating in the modernization of the defence infrastructure of this strategic French ally.”
The two projection and command ships (BPCs) ordered by the Egyptian Navy from DCNS will join their home port in the summer of 2016, after the training of the future crews. This training will be given mainly over the 1^st half of 2016 in Saint-Nazaire.
With regard to associated BPC support ships, DCNS will supply in particular four new-generation landing crafts (CTM NG), designed by the Group as an integrated system to an amphibious force organized around MISTRAL ships, and two fast landing crafts (EDAR), designed and built by CNIM.
A long-term partnership with the Egyptian Navy
Considering that the first of the four future GOWIND® corvettes for the Egyptian Navy is already being built, that the other three will be assembled in Egypt in Alexandria and that the FREMM Tahya Misr frigate was already delivered to the Egyptian Navy on 23 June 2015, the signature of this new contract further strengthens the strategic partnership developed between DCNS and the Egyptian Navy.
By 2020, the Group will have supplied at least seven ships to Egypt contributing to the modernization of its defence mechanisms.
This strong partnership between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the French Republic is reinforced by DCNS’ commitment to accompany the Egyptian Navy in the long term, especially with the unfailing support of dedicated service teams for the maintenance of main warships. The Group also states its presence in a wider project of industrial cooperation with the Egyptian party in the field of construction and maintenance of major program units.
Once again, due to this historical agreement, DCNS expects to build a partnership with the Egyptian Navy but also with Egyptian shipyards with which the Group intends to build a long-term cooperation. That is how DCNS has decided to invest in the Egyptian Industry to mutually develop the essential knowledge and means to support a leading Navy.

Technical characteristics of the MISTRAL-class projection and command ships (BPCs)
With a length of 199 meters, a displacement of 23,000 tonnes and a speed in excess of 18 knots, the MISTRAL-class BPC is defined by its large carrying capacity.
The MISTRAL-class BPC is designed for force-projection, peacekeeping and humanitarian-support operations, and is equipped with a particularly modular command and control centre, featuring efficient communication systems that can be adapted to all shipboard headquarter configurations.
It also has an onboard hospital, and can carry out large-scale humanitarian missions. Its highly capable communication system makes it the ideal command ship within a naval force.

The french already have helped the uae acquire FFG's, most notably the baynunah class FFG's of which five were built in Abu Dhabi, which the uae have been using very activly as the image below demonstrates

Additionally, the french warship builders dcns have opened up an office in australia, and are pitching suffern/barracuda class SSN's to the australian navy to replace australia's six collins class SSK's

With australia just making one DDG operational with two more nearing completion, and two new Juan Carlos I class Aircraft/Amphibious Carriers operational, as the image below shows, this activity demonstrates aggressive intentions as australia's navy has never had this strength

Interestingly enough there has been no news of the Sachsen class DDG's israel has ordered from Germany, and netanyahu has bragged about ordering four MEKO-90 class FFG's yet there has been no confirmation from the Bundeswehr or ThyssenKrupp regarding the Sachsen class DDG's or MEKO-90 class FFG's for israel
