On american government oddness over washington trust corruption

Days ago the american government's just us department got washington trust bank in trouble for discriminating against Afro-Latino customers as part of recent investigation into illegal acts by that bank https://www.justice.gov/usao-ri/blog/justice-department-secures-9-million-agreement-washington-trust-company-resolve

This ruling is concerning as it only focuses on Afro-Latinos discriminated against by washington trust and not other groups of peoples, as washington trust has a long history of discriminating against people. This also means the american government's just us department is not focusing on me and others that washington trust has committed criminal acts against, despite being told by fbi sa sean slade in 2019 that the government was investigating the illegal acts washington trust had committed against me and my family.
