New Iranian warship in Caspian

I just got a recent image of the IS Deylaman 78 FFG in Bandar Anzali seen below

For some reason the IS Damavand 77 is not seen with it, and if IS 78 is IS 77 rebuilt and now a new warship this is a major act of stupidity by Artesh / Nedaja at a time of crisis.
