Major changes in Ukranya and Egypt

That Yanukovych could disappear around the same time Hazem al-Bablaui resigns is NOT coincidental. Notice this happened shortly after the EU finalized a deal with Rossiya about Ukranya, and when the Sochi Olympics were closing.

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, in fact, ex-President, was announced missing. On Monday, February 24th, Acting Interior Minister Arsen Avakov wrote on his Facebook page that Yanukovych had disappeared.
"A criminal case on the mass murder of civilians has been filed. Yanukovych and several other officials are wanted," Avakov wrote.
On February 21, according to Acting Minister, the President flew by helicopter from Kiev to Kharkiv intending to take part in the Congress of the Party of Regions in Kharkov. On Saturday, February 22, he refused to participate in the congress, recorded a video message and flew to Donetsk. In Donetsk, he reportedly boarded a private aircraft, but the frontier service did not allow the plane to take off. Afterwards, Yanukovych left to his residence in Donetsk, where he stayed for several hours.
"Late in the evening of the 22nd, Yanukovych's motorcade, unaccompanied, left for the Crimea. On the 23rd, Sunday, he arrived in the Crimea. He stayed in a holiday home, deliberately avoiding state objects, including the special presidential residence, where he previously planned to go to," Avakov wrote.

Having learned of the parliament's decisions to appoint A.V. Turchinov as Acting President of Ukraine, he left the holiday home and went to the airport of Belbek.

"At 23:50, Yanukovych, not reaching the airport Belbek, stayed at a private residence near Balaklava. He gathered his guards and asked them who was going to accompany him further and who wanted to stay there. Some of his employees expressed a desire to stay. Yanukovych said goodbye to them and handed over an official refusal from the State Guard," the newly appointed Interior Minister of Ukraine wrote, attaching the scan of the adequate document.
