Odd message from Royal Dutch Mint

I got an message from the Royal Dutch Mint on one of their offers that was addressed to me in an odd way

Notice how I am addressed. This shows that either the staff have become so inept they do not know my gender or title, or they are falling for some rumor that I am married when I am not. This ineptness has become commonplace under willempie, and his mother, Koningin Beatrix who had me made a life member of KNM last year, would never have tolerated this.
