Major World Naval updates
Recently Russia's new Helicopter Carrier, the Vladivostok, has been allowed to leave for Sea trials, and plans to return to Russia, partly as a result of the 200 Russian Navy personnel on board

Interestingly enough this comes when Ukrainia has been regrouping in Odessa, as the image in the link below shows

Russia is even returning some ships to Ukrainia, though the Ukrainian Navy will only comprise 10-12 major combat units.
Interestingly enough the French have unveiled two new variant on the Mistral, the Mistral 140 and Mistral 160

This has come about for two reasons. both South Africa and Sweden have expressed interest in the Vladivostok and Sevastopol if France seizes them, however they have nowhere to drydock them. South Africa is very interested and is considering a Mistral 140 for it's small but effective Navy

Another reason for this is that Singapore is coming out with it's own Carrier, the Endurance 160

Essentially, the Endurance 160 is a Mistral 160/140 minus the Amphibious capabilities. There are three posibillities.
1. Singapore is planning use of a Carrier for it's fleet, which it is modernizing rapidly, as it's new Littoral Mission Vessel which just commenced construction shows

2. They may be producing it for Sweden, which has supplied Singapore with advanced Submarines and Mine warfare vessels.
3. Singapore may be involved in China's new Carrier construction program.
Also Iran's Navy has been active. The new FFG Damavand is now active on the Caspian

And Iran is now building a new Jamaran class FFG at Khorramshahr in addition to the new Sahand fitting out at Bandar Abbas and another Jamaran class FFG under construction by the Sahand

Overall, quite a bit going on in World Naval affairs.
