The outcome of the recent Iranian presidential election screams american backed interference, yet the fuzel bacheha who fell for it and helped rouhani get reelected do not want you to know this, mainly as they know that rouhani backs their fuzel lifestyle which his elitist american and zionist backers want as it would mean it would be easier for them to menace and invade Iran.
            Granted there were incidents of violence which the american backed pahlavi talab and pmo/mek/ncr of rajavi called for, but these were marginalized incidents which did not cause the destabilization america and the zionists wanted, thanks to the efforts of myself and other Iranians who, though we do not agree with jomhori mullah, understand that any internal destabilization will leave Iran vulnerable to invasion by any entity.  The failure of those american backed groups has demonstrated that;
1.  The followers of rajavi are marginalized malcontents who do not care for the welfare of Iran and will do whatever those who pay their bills demand of them.
2.  That reza pahlavi is no longer the leader of Soltani Talab.
The latter is important, as now the Gilanshahi have stepped into the leadership role of Soltani Talab who would fill any power vacuum, however reza pahlavi and his associates, including Arab monarchs who accept american assistance, continue to prop him up, and many are stupid enough to follow him.  One reason for this stupidity is interference by trump in Iranian-Arab matters, as his recent actions show.
            That trump timed his visit to saudi Arabia for a Muslim summit which Iran, and some of it’s close allies with Muslim populations greater than america like Russia, India, and Germany were excluded, when votes in the Iranian presidential election were being counted should be more than enough to demonstrate american interference, as the timing was meant to intimidate those in Iran into giving america a favorable election result.  The two things he did next more than demonstrate american/zionist interference conclusively.  The first was to found with the saudis the global center for combating extremist ideology, which in effect is an act to stifle dissent by claiming opponents are extremists when in fact trump and his saudi backers promote the very extremist ideology they claim they combat, while signing a major arms deal with the saudis.  The arms deal is important as the saudis lack an industrial base for their military, meaning they would lose any protracted war, and with Iran, Turkey, and israel stepping up their military/industrial capabilities, and france helping egypt and the emirates develop theirs, meaning some conflict appears to be imminent.
            The second thing was trump’s visit to israel to meet with netanyahyu immediately after his presence at the riyadh summit, incensing many Arab and Muslims trump had just met with along with the rest of the World community because of israel’s treatment of Palestinians, but also incensing Iran, as israel coerced the nuclear deal which rouhani wanted and which impedes Iran’s ability to defend itself and has forced Iran’s military to take extreme measures to prepare for an invasion.  It should be noted that one factor contributing to the removal of mike Flynn as national security advisor was Iran’s military confronting him prominently at his home, which was a factor in bob harwood not seeking the position offered him, as his fellow Navy SEAL’s fought alongside Iranian Soltani Talab, who continue to be the dominating presence in the Iranian military.
            Overall, all sides, including those manipulating Iran’s presidential election, got half of what they want.  The manipulators, namely america, israel, and their close allies got rouhani and his cronies elected, but they face a country and community that hates them.  The opposition who seeks a better Iran got an Iran prepared for conflict, but unsure how that conflict will turn out.  Overall, the outcome of Iran’s presidential election has left all sides wary of an inevitable fight.

For him to make such a statement demonstrates lack of mental stability and absence of sound judgment, as any uprising, no matter the outcome, would end up brutally crushed as occurred in 2009, only this time it is possible Iran would be crippled as to leave itself vulnerable to a military attack from america or israel, and with new experimental weapons being tested by those countries in Khalj Fars region and the recent attack on Syria this is an outcome which must be anticipated.  The timing of this, days after Iranian currency printed with reza pahlavi's image on it, shows he wants to plan a mass uprising

I also noticed that tom dolsak not only has prodigious pictures of himself with leslie, noting he openly states his being married to her but leslie never openly states her being married to him, but displays pictures of his family crest, which is a bowlderlized mittleeuropean image of a soldier beheading a turkish man

On Zendran influencing ri state pig command staff

It was recently brought to my attention that while I was successful in blocking kevin barry from becoming the rhode island state pig chief, he is retained as second in command, while the third in command is the pig who not only had me robbed in 2014 but who also has his pigpals trail me in souther rhode island

Good riddance mike flynn

I was glad to learn that mike flynn resigned as trump's national security advisor yesterday, his resignation letter is shown below

What is not mentioned is the Iran factor, namely the confrontation I had with him at his family home on the Newport/middletown line, demonstrating that were america to invade Iran not only could Iran immediately retaliate on american soil but mike flynn would be an early casualty

Two other important factors not being mentioned.  The agent in charge of security for mike flynn, the same one who questioned me for two hours about my confrontation with mike flynn, was absent on assignment until the morning of the day flynn resigned.  The agents in the region realized that flynn and his family not only have an inciteful background, but live in a location where they are an easy target and difficult to protect.  The also were amused by the fact that the night before my confrontation I was brought to Newport hospital by a friend in the US Army Rangers to be treated for trench foot from the storm that week.  Around the same time flynn resigned a friend brought me to LM/YHN Westerly to be treated for the same ailment, however I received more comprehensive treatment from the doctor that night, however the doctor who relieved her made a failed attempt to commit me, as the people who brought me to the hospital were able to detail the reasons for the recent foot injury I am being treated for.

On Iran menaced by mike flynn

In appointing mike flynn as national security advisor he has appointed someone who has repeatedly stated his intention to attack Iran.  However, he has done this through books, articles, and screened events, and avoids people like myself who paid a visit to his family home at 57 tuckerman avenue in middletown, close to Easton's beach in Newport

Then again, seeing how his 82nd airborne chicken shits who abused kids in rhode island state custody, most notably at harmony hill, when they worked for the state, as did mike's wife lori, who retains her maiden name as she is afraid of retribution from those she and her family have wronged, when she worked there, it should come as no surprise.  Nor should it be a surprise that the town they live in has a high rate of police brutality and corruption, as does the county's judiciary, even towards those who served with and under flynn.  For all we know his hostility towards Iranians may come from a distaste some food he got from an Iranian store or restaurant, after all there are plenty of Iranians working in foodservice in the Newport county region.

On clemency denied for Leonard Peltier and Mumia Abu Jamal

With all the attention on those people who were given pardons or had their sentences commuted by the nigger before he left the white house two denials of clemency are notable, Leonard Peltier and Mumia Abu Jamal.

In Mumia's case no assistance was forthcoming to assist his sentence.  Even though his supporters were clear that their efforts needed to be directed to the governor of Pennsylvania instead of the white house no federal assistance was forthcoming for Mumia

In all probability the new administration will make their health conditions worse for Leonard and Mumia as well as conditions for others in american prisons.

On motivation behind Adam Lanza's actions at sandy hook four years ago

Four years ago today Adam Lanza, who had been maltreated while attending school in newtown, ct because of abusive policies implemented by a malicious administrator named frank sippy, snapped in the school, sandy hook, he experienced the maltreatment in and shot up the place before committing suicide.

In describing the psychosis Lanza was experiencing the maltreatment by sippy was overlooked.  This is crucial as frank sippy maltreated children in districts he worked as a principal and superintendent in connecticut and rhode island, causing school corporal punishment to be abolished in those states, and he was simply moved around between school districts rather than admit that they were wrong to hire him.  Today students in districts where sippy had worked continue to act violent and or psychotic, yet nothing is done to address the roots of their behavior by removing abusive school administrators like sippy permanently from their positions.

Additionally, minutes after Lanza’s actions sippy put his district on lockdown, despite the fact the shooting was over and there was no credible threat, and the connecticut state pigs, led by mike jagoda, responded 30 minutes after Lanza was dead, only responded by further detaining the children at sandy hook when there was no threat, and received bogus awards for their actions rather than admit their failures.  Earlier this year an attempt by jagoda to become chief of the connecticut state police was blocked by outraged people, myself included, who complained not just about his failures, but also by policies he implemented at his new job at uri, where his “community policing” programs have alienated the community, allowed students to act out, and the campus he is in charge of safety at has regular disease outbreaks because of unsanitary conditions his policies created.

If people want to honor the memory of those who died at sandy hook they would be best served by going after those in government who created the abusive conditions which caused the psychosis Lanza experienced rather than scrape before them in the name of safety.  At present the phrase “sandy hook” is used by corrupt people in government as an excuse to do whatever they want all it will achieve is an incitement to violence against all those in government for failure to root out their own corruption.

On justifications for Japanese attack on December 7, 1941

On this day 75 years ago the Japanese attacked american military targets in Hawaii, the Philippines, Guam, Midway, and Wake Island, with the most ferocious attacks on the first two mentioned areas.  The reasons for this which has been overlooked is that the peoples of Hawaii and the Philippines wanted freedom from american occupation.

Zendran political/religious prisoner

On Friday November 4 I was informed by the Washington county ri courthouse that an affidavit warrant had been issued by the south kingstown police, but that I would be given until the following Monday to turn myself in.  Later that night three rookies on the north kingstown pd spotted me at the Walmart and arrested me as I was exiting that place.  Once at the station they complained about my praying, claiming my lighter and matches were tobacco paraphernalia, and called south kingstown, who brought me to their hq, nd once there they told me that they made the offer to turn myself in thinking I would have no contact, and the warrant was issued in regards to my fighting off an attacker at a local store, even though when they responded two days before they claimed the store was at fault for serving food in unsanitary conditions and I acted defensively, however they decided to charge me and the attacker and I was held at aci intake without bail, however they did allow one of my friends to come and pick up my belongings.

Once I was arraigned that Monday Judge houlihan concurred that I acted defensively because of unsanitary conditions, but went along with the ri attorney general’s request to violate me, claiming I had too many violations, however when asked to consider my posts regarding kevin barry which cost him his job and against colleen hastings claimed that despite the impact my writings have had over the years I had broken no laws, and gave me bail on the charge and violation.  On November 16 I was ordered held until December 1 by the same judge as a violator, as I had an appointment for necessary treatment for my eyes, and I was released on said date.

While in prison not only was I deprived of my religious rights I learned that many of the inmates had been arrested around the same time as myself, and were scheduled for release around a similar date, as there had been a statewide sweep because of the election, which I watched on Telemundo with one of El Chapo’s associates.  I additionally learned that the chief of the south kingstown pd, vespia, had resigned days before my arrest, partly because of harassment I and others had received because of policies he had implemented

Not only was I criminalized because of my political and religious background, I was criminalized because of a visual disability beyond my control, and caught up in a sweep because of the 2016 election, and it is not clear who authorized that sweep, however it shows just how corrupt and godless rhode island has become and how it is ruining others around it as a result.

I recently learned that rhode island state pig chief steve o’donnell has decided to retire, and for the time being kevin m barry, a  pig who has been making trouble for me since 2008.

This pig kevin barry of 220 steamboat ave north kingstown began his trouble by falling for leslie yeransian’s crank complaints about me, and when he tried to obtain my info for her via the Secret Service fusion program the agents he dealt with soon realized the bogus nature of their complaints.  That still did not prevent him tagging along with the feds to sneak into my place with the exterminator two days after the 2009 inauguration, and without federal aid he and his pigpals would not have obtained that address.  This donut fucker encouraged leslie yeransian to act out, including traveling around Asia pretending to be my wife and not admitting who her child’s father is, and it took working with the Secret Service and Homeland Security to put a stop to their actions in January 2011 when leslie made trouble for me during Prince Ali-Reza’s memorial, and his obsession focusing on me led to a crime wave in the providence neighborhood where my place was at the time.  At present it still requires federal intervention to make this pig and his pals respect the extraterritorial nature of this complaint.
This pig also took the post of acting Cranston pig chief to pursue his issues with me, yet he was unable to figure out the place I was staying at there, which was one block away from Cranston pd hq, with people I knew from my 2013 prison sentence until winquist became chief of that department.  Additionally, this pig is so hated he has to regularly move around, and has used bogus excuses, including recent bogus construction, to increase police presence where he lives.

If this pig is confirmed as the rhode island state pig chief we will have someone who respects nobody’s rights, and who epitomizes the reasons cops are the target of increasing fatal violence, which will increase with his activities.

Weather effects watson weirdness

This year, I was once again plagued by camera problems in my attempt to capture the objects which appear over the watson instiute every September.  However this year in addition to electronic the weather was also a problem, as the downpour prevented any sightings in the sky.  Clearly those beings were sending a message, the World is fucked for the next year.

The anti-rouhani/anti-rajavi demonstrations days ago brought a chilling fact about the Iranian community to light.  That despite the best intentions of Iranian leaders, the majority of the Iranian community outside of Iran are content to complain about but take no constructive action to improve their living situation.  That brings us to a crucial question

Is Iran fucked?

The recent demonstrations I and other Iranians had in New York City during the united nations general assembly highlight this point.  The demonstration I held last year was timed to compete with rajavi’s mek/ncr demonstration, and rajavi and her associates realized this.  They understood that I noticed the timings of their previous demonstrations coincided exactly when rouhani, as well as previous jomhori mollah presidents, would be speaking at the un.  I also knew they were reading my online posts, as I continued to confront them about their lies, and how their comments on jomhori mollah demonstrated that they had moles in the Iranian government.  I also knew having confronted rajavi’s associates in the past that many were Royalists and other resistance who simply with rajavi because of the size of her organization, so some alternative had to be provided.  After the success I had last year chasing rouhani out of New York and in getting other Iranians to disassociate themselves from rajavi something had to be done in 2016.  Realizing the formula of picketing at the embassy worked in hitting jomhori mollah and rajavi I chose that venue again this year.

While I noticed the effect on rajavi’s associates was noticeable, the effect on rouhani was not noticeable until later that day, for even though the NYPD SWAT and Secret Services units were noticeable, as the Iranian embassy security did not want to confront me directly as I was in uniform, the fact that rouhani’s plane was circling New York, my having sent him and others in the Iranian community and armed services pictures of my picket that morning, was not made known until later that afternoon, demonstrating my presence had an effect.

The next day when meeting with an Imperial Iranian Air Force Sarhang who had been involved with resistance work under Arteshbot Oveissi at a restaurant in Watertown, he was incredulous at what had happened.  He, like many others in the Iranian community, had been so used to talking about resistance and removing jomhori mollah that taking constructive action had not been done.  Understanding conventional conflict he, and the majority of the Iranian community, fail to understand asymmetric and clandestine conflict, which Jahanbani and Habibollahi understood, and which Reza Pahlavi, Arianna, Oveissi, Bakhtiar, and others failed to comprehend to the detriment of the Iranian community.  Even though this Sarhang agreed with me about the complacency of the Iranian community, he himself was behaving in similar fashion, for even though he could not assist me directly he could have done so indirectly.  This is what the Iranian community, mostly abroad, has come to, people more in love with ideas they either forget or are unable to implement them.

The incredulous attitude of that Sarhang was all the more shocking as I had known him for years and he had seen firsthand the effect I had in getting the investigation into Prince Ali-Reza’s death, in the effect I had on the course of the occupy movement, how I had brought down many corrupt people in government and the community who were a menace to the Iranian community, including putting local associates of rajavi and trita parsi’s niac on the defensive, effectively hindering their operations.  Yet he and those in the Iranian community, mainly those in the area I live and do my activities, fail to act and take advantage of any success I and others bring to them.

The fucked nature of the Iranian community compose in many forms.  It is most noticeable in the young and stupid who comprise the majority of the Iranian community.  These are the ones who obtain college degrees with little effort as the criteria for work they have to obtain them has been lowered so that they can not apply the knowledge which those degrees signify.  They are the ones who spend whatever money they have on food and material without any consideration of the effort others made to make that very food available to them.  They are the ones who are awed by the technological wonders of countries outside Iran, be it britain, america, usw. who have used that technology in a harmful way against us but who scarcely comprehended what was need to make that harmful, and are so bamboozled by that technology they fall not just for it but for the lies and degeneracy of the invading countries and cultures that use that technology.

Consider how the Iranian community reacted to the negotiations over Iran’s nuclear program.  That program was created in 1973 by Mohammed Reza Shah as a means to defend Iran and reduce dependency on Oil and fossil fuels.  One of the few smart things jomhori mollah did after deposing Mohammed Reza Shah was to continue that program, particularly with aggressors like saddam hussein, osama bin laden, and military buildups in Russia, Pakistan, India, Turkey, and an increasing american military presence in Khalj Fars.  The Iranian community and the World saw the folly of disarmament at the insistence of america paved the way for Iraq, Libya, Haiti, Liberia to be invaded, and how american backed uprisings in the name of democracy caused instability in Egypt, Bahrain, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Yemen, Syria.  Iran even got a taste of this in 2009 when dick holbrooke persuaded mir hossein mousavi and his supporters to first attempt to rig the Iranian presidential election then riot when that attempt failed, with the suppression of those rioting making those who followed the lead of Habibollahi and Jahanbani like Ali Montazeri and Ali Shamkhani under greater pressure to assist their community outside of Iran working for change.  Yet many young, stupid, and materially affluent Iranians fell for the sophisticated rhetoric of trita parsi and his niac followers in backing the hypocrites in the peace movement in supporting nuclear negotiations.  Even though many Iranians followed the lead of myself and others, those in the american, british, french, and chinese governments who have been exploiting Iran backed the jenda farangi niac hajjibaba.  Only the weaknesses in the american and british governments from years of fruitless attempts at repressing Iranians and other foreigners who do not fully conform, and chinese and french governments so desperate for money they copy Iranian and other foreign technology, specifically military technology, and sell it to terrorists and those who will use it against anyone.

At present the Iranian community abroad is comprised of many who are old and want to act but lack the wherewithal to demonstrate their perceptions, and the young who are bombarded with the influences of the foreign environments they are in that few can think straight and act, and the cultures they clash with taking advantage of this weakness, particularly in america and france.  Unless the Iranian community follows those like myself who are willing to take bold, decisive action they are fucked.

On Star Trek at 50

Update on court/legal situation

I left court earlier today.  As the probation violation was lumped together with the new charges my probation was extended for two more months.  However, because of my medical issues and strong evidence from L+M, all commitment petitions and counselling was struck down by the court.
As I was able to get those terms removed, beat the commitment, and had the westerly pig chief st clair removed this is a lop-sided win.

The court saw my recent medical records and noted there are holes in the medical info, which is also why they refused a request for a commitment attempt by the riag's office. If they want to try to go that far it shows how desperate the state is.

Once I appeared I learned that under a new law my probation violation was reinstated, and the prosecutor requested that the terms of my current probation be increased. The judge noted that what I was accused of was non-violent and that nobody had been hurt, as in previous charges, and that I was recently being treated for a serious physical ailment, prolonged dehydration, and that the recent skyrocket in charges after the January 2015 court order by hastings for treatment based on lies and for something I did not have, and the judge released me on recognizance. I am to return for a status conference on wednesday.
The judge and prosecutor also noted that I had been complaining about the troublemakers at the westerly library for years, and that I gave oral testimony and will give written testimony for the state of Connecticut regarding my successful treatment by L and M doctors and the medical fuckups I have experienced and continue to experience in rhode island.

Zendran criminalized in old neighborhood for self defense

This past friday afternoon after finishing my beach workout in westerly, someone hit me from behind with a dvd case when I was on a library computer. When I pushed that person away from me we were both asked to leave.
Minutes after I left and was about to enter an art gallery I was swarmed by 5 westerly pigs. I explained that I acted derfensively, mainly because of recent health issues, they said they needed to bring me to the station to sort the issue out and decide what charges would be brought.

When taking an inventory of my property they noticed damage to my cell phone, and when checkinig it noticed the numerous calls I recieved from the providence pd in regards to the theft/vandalism issues related to my storage unit.
After being kept in observation overnight, not being allowed to pray or make a phone call but having emt's on standby because of my dehydrated state, they notified me that I was facing a disorderly conduct charge, however because of my health and recent assistance to law enforcement my probation would not be violated, and I was released and westerly pd gave me a ride to my friends place near tribal land.
I have fought off attackers before in self defense, and my family has maintained a presence in the region since Peter I first bought property in Shelter Harbor in 1965, however recently some in westerly have taken issue with my
